“I love Chicko Chicken. The locations are pretty consistent, too. Everything is cooked nicely. The fries taste good. Love the pickled radish. Minus 1 star because the green onions are not always fresh so I stopped ordering them. Other than that it's a solid place“

“Doesn't deserve the bad reputation, imo. Food has almost always been great from here, service may not be the fastest at times but such is the industry nowadays. My main complaint is the KFC delivery, I make sure to use Uber or pick mine up myself at this point.

Parking: Their own parking lot is a bit beat up, drive slow“

“It is much better than Nandos. Very moist chicken. They have selection of 7 flavors from mild to very hot etc. If you like Nandos give Peri Peri Shake a try you will love it“

“Walked in and was seated immediately.
The wall has all the house specials. The menu on the other hand is a QR code on the table. You choose what you want and give the order to the waitress.
I decided to get their Hot Snow Onion Chicken. She also brought over some water. The water container was cute and I liked the music.
The restaurant was very active with a lot of customers. I like when a restaurant is semi full. Just enough people to get good food but not too much rush.
Waitress Kim was also super nice and very professional. A rare combo.
The food came and it looked amazing.
The pink radishes were so tasty and the onions so crispy.
The chicken though, it was a revelation. Most assuredly top 5 Korean chicken dishes I were ate. The white sauce cut the spiciness of the chicken so so good.

As I began to process the fumes of the chicken coming though my nostrils, i immediately fell in love. i savored the fried chicken until the last bite. All the spices blend so well to create a magnificent plate of chicken. its basically a work of art on a plate.“

“Rhe best KFC I've had in the tri cities! Seasoning is perfect, chicken is tender and crispy, cheeky tebokki is absolutely delicious. We had the variety platter and although my friend has some food allergies, the server was able to help us decide which dishes would be safe and was able to instruct the kitchen as well. Each piece of fried chicken is crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, the heat is just right, the skin is golden and crisp, and the gravy inside is tender and juicy. The seasoning is very delicious, neither too salty, nor will cover up the delicious chicken itself. Whether it is plain or various flavors of spices, the flavor is very unique, and each bite is memorable. The service in the store is also particularly intimate, the staff are warm and friendly, and the environment is clean and comfortable. This is definitely the best fried chicken place I have ever eaten, highly recommend!“

“This is the first time, I placed an order for take out. My order was placed on the phone and Preet handled the order. Preet is very knowledgeable, helpful and excellent advisor. She took the order and me being very picky, the order was ready on time with everything I asked for.

The food was nice and hot and placed the way I wanted it.

Thank you Preet and the rest of the staff. When I picked up the food, all the staff had a smile on their faces.

“The only location who Respects Delivery Drivers and treats us equally. Nowadays other restaurants behave with us like we are diminishing their restaurant's image by entering in the store. But this store always treat us with smile regardless of if we are the drivers or customers“

“Seen many Korean street side chicken places on You Tube. Decided to give this a try for the first time . Went to the location on Canada Way. Ordered the family Sweet Soy Chicken & Fries Took awhile to prepare the food (15 mins) No wonder ,huge amount of chicken box was packed full. Large pieces very flavorful, not greasy at all like Churches grease feast j chicken . Fries were amazing .I found a new go to place to buy chicken for a game . A tad pricey, buy I assure you very well worth the money . If this place franchises, they will give KFC & Churches very serious condition . My first time there , highly impressed. I highly recommended you try this. Will not be disappointed. Very pleasant staff. Simple decor, but the service & food will amaze you . Thank you so very much for an amazing meal. “Crystal Mall is my favourite food court but I came across this place on a whim.. it’s a pretty non descript storefront and the chicken tenders took about 15-20 min of time . But yea.. the chicken was juicy with a nice crispy batter . Probably the best chicken (non Korean style ) that we’ve had . We will be back :)“

We got the Half and Half of Soy Garlic and Buldak (spicy)... whoooaaa. those were so good!

All the kids grabbed the food before I could take a picture lol.

Price was good.

“This was my first time dining at Oz and it did not disappoint! The overall experience was fantastic. We ordered the dduckochi and cheese balls and they were both delicious. The bibimbap and katsu platter were very good as well and super filling. You definitely get your moneys worth here.

It also has a wonderful atmosphere and feeling inside that is cozy and quiet but still lively. I will definitely be coming back again soon!“

“Our group ordered a variety of foods, including the bacon fried rice, golden chicken, honey garlic chicken, cheesy rice balls, gyoza, and cheese corn. In our defense: we shared.
The portions were surprisingly large and the food was very fresh. Both chicken dishes were great but the bacon fried rice was the hands down favorite.
We spent more time than we expected for how slow it was. No regrets though - we'll plan extra time in on our next visit.“

However, the 1 year `time out` ended and I found myself there again. This time I spefically asked for a manager to take my order and I told him what my issues have always been.
