“Doesn't deserve the bad reputation, imo. Food has almost always been great from here, service may not be the fastest at times but such is the industry nowadays. My main complaint is the KFC delivery, I make sure to use Uber or pick mine up myself at this point.
Parking: Their own parking lot is a bit beat up, drive slow“

“The photo doesn’t do this burger justice. I had the spicy chicken burger, and it was actually pretty solid. The chicken was crunchy on the outside, juicy inside, and had a nice spicy kick that lingered just right. Decent size too. Honestly, with a chicken burger this good, I don’t see why anyone would bother going to that big fried chicken chain across the street.“

As I began to process the fumes of the chicken coming though my nostrils, i immediately fell in love. i savored the fried chicken until the last bite. All the spices blend so well to create a magnificent plate of chicken. its basically a work of art on a plate.“

“As a Korean, I seriously need to eat Yangnyeom chicken regularly—you know what I mean? :)
I know Chicko Chicken’s Yangnyeom chicken is actually pretty close to the traditional sweet-style Yangnyeom, but honestly… the quality really depends on each store.
That’s why I’m so happy I found this good Chicko location!
The staff and owner were super kind, and the chicken tasted SO good 👍
I even live near Metrotown, but I honestly don’t mind spending extra time to come to this branch instead of going to others.“

“Atmosphere and service was great, order when you're ready from a tablet right at the table. The smoked chicken was great, awesome smoke flavour that's hard to get elsewhere. The fried chicken was good, but not what I think of when I want Korean Fried Chicken. Definitely would go back.“

“Rhe best KFC I've had in the tri cities! Seasoning is perfect, chicken is tender and crispy, cheeky tebokki is absolutely delicious. We had the variety platter and although my friend has some food allergies, the server was able to help us decide which dishes would be safe and was able to instruct the kitchen as well. Friendly, informative, and attentive service too, we Will be coming back for this again.“
“I highly recommend their chicken marinades. Nice variety, very flavourful and very fresh. The chicken always cooks wonderfully. The gentlemen there are always attentive and kind to me, as well.
Most recently during a visit, there was a miscommunication (which was my fault) asking about the breasts being sliced to allow the marinade to fully envelope the chicken (which they do to all the chicken breasts) and the man assisting me thought I wanted the chicken breast further sliced into smaller pieces. He left momentarily and went to do this for me, but then when I discovered what happened, they allowed me to take the other intact breasts and said they will find a use for the other chicken that was cut. A very kind gesture to accommodate my preference even though it was my fault. They’ve earned a loyal patron in me. Thanks again!“

“Seen many Korean street side chicken places on You Tube. Decided to give this a try for the first time . Went to the location on Canada Way. Ordered the family Sweet Soy Chicken & Fries Took awhile to prepare the food (15 mins) No wonder ,huge amount of chicken box was packed full. Large pieces very flavorful, not greasy at all like Churches grease feast j chicken . Fries were amazing .I found a new go to place to buy chicken for a game . A tad pricey, buy I assure you very well worth the money . If this place franchises, they will give KFC & Churches very serious condition . My first time there , highly impressed. I highly recommended you try this. Will not be disappointed. Very pleasant staff. Simple decor, but the service & food will amaze you . Thank you so very much for an amazing meal. I will definitely will be returning . Added a picture, this is after 3 people eating Big pieces and loads left ... Go visit this place . You won't regret it !!!“

“I love Popeyes and my food was delicious like always.
But sometimes like this time it feels like that the oil inside the chicken tastes bitter and you can smell the burnt oil in the restaurant, hope they figure it out and keep an eye on the frying oil quality.“

Service is pretty bad though. The lady can't speak english and the menu is full of typos. Hard to know if my order was communicated properly.“

“One of the best Korean fried chicken places in town. They fry your chicken right after you order so it's always fresh, crispy and juicy. However, ever since they added fried shrimp to their menu, I unfortunately cannot eat here anymore due to my shellfish allergy. They fry chicken and shrimp in the same fryer so there is a high risk of cross-contamination.“

“I just ordered a 3 piece meal and received 2 drumsticks and a thigh (brutal). One piece was fine the other 2 were cold and had been sitting awhile. The fries were the worst I've had, they were under heat lamp I'm sure for at least a couple of hours they tasted like day old French fries. this was the Maple Ridge location which just opened, so maybe they were working out the kinks.“

“We got their original and soy chicken flavour, half and half.
Starting off with the chicken, I enjoyed how crispy it was on outside and juicy on the inside. This is a must for all good friend chicken joints.
Next would be marinade and flavour. I don't think there's a huge difference between this one and other Korean Fried Chicken places I've tried, it still had enough flavour. Not much else to say here
Price wise, it's okay. I wouldn't call them cheap or absurdly priced, it's normal.
The service was friendly and our order was served in around 15min which is good considering they prepare it per order.
Overall, 4/5. Good Korean Fried Chicken Joint in you're in the area and mood for some of that juicy chicken or snow cheese fries action.“

“It’s a food court Nandos so atmosphere is not what I was there for! I have tried most of the Nandos. We are from South Africa where Nandos originated and this is by far the best franchise within Vancouver, had the whole chicken (lemon and herb) with sides. Chicken was grilled to perfection, sides were equally amazing, thanks guys keep up the good work!“
