Anatoli’s was the only place in North Vancouver that was willing to allow us to order from the regular menu rather than force us into a fixed meal with only a few choices. The atmosphere was great! “Their friendly and their pizza is yummy, service is fast but their Hummus is sadly not traditional and is a big miss. Traditional Hummus generally is light, airy whipped consistency and not soupy. Unfortunately it lacked lemon, Kalamata olives and most surprisingly missed the garlic which is like making Nachos without cheese which the local Raven Pub has somehow masterly failed at but don't get me started. Stick with their Tzatziki & Pizza and your in good hands!“

“This is my all-time favorite restaurant. I was there with my friend Reg for lunch last Tuesday, June 3, 2025. I had heard that they were bringing back burgers and omelets and other favorite lunchtime fares on their new lunch menus. Me and my friend were treated to the best and freshest burger that I have ever eaten in my life. A delicious quarter pound beef patty prepared ground on the spot and prepared fresh for us. I thought I had died and gone to burger heaven. The burger was cooked perfectly with mozzarella cheese, onions, mushrooms, bacon, and lettuce and tomato on a fresh made in restaurant delicious bun. We were the first to be treated to these fantastic burgers and am planning to go back over the weekend and chow down on more burger comfort food. It was out of this world delicious. I had ordered a side of french fries before my meal so when my deluxe burger arrived I chose to have rice on the side. Great choice by me again! ! I just want to thank my friends at Andreas restaurant (North Vancouver) for bringing back burgers to their establishment. It was a bon bon day to have such a delicious lunch at my favorite food place and it was wallet-friendly as well as this big burger meal only cost me CA $15.50. Cheers and thank you for the great meal and service. My server Jason was amazing and super attentive. Can't wait to go back with my friends for lunch this coming weekend. “Haven't been to Kypriakis for many decades. The service was great. Food was average. Had the roast lamb. It certainly fell off the bone but was lacking some flavor and the presentation of food was not stellar. The salad was squeezed in a small dish and squeezed on plate. I think the dinner plate was too small.. All in all is was very editable and my other guests e enjoyed there meal too.“

“I stopped by Sunday morning for takeout and the place was extremely busy it’s a small restaurant, so space fills up fast. While waiting, I witnessed a girl arguing with a server about her table and order. She came across very entitled and completely dismissive of how hard the staff were working during a rush. It was uncomfortable to watch, especially since the team was doing their best in such a tight space.
Huge respect to the servers for staying calm and professional. They handled the situation with way more patience than most people would.
I’m a regular here and this restaurant is truly a gem. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are always worth coming back for. I just hope they don’t have to deal with customers like that too often.
P.S. My takeaway order was amazing as always, and the service was still warm and friendly despite the chaos.“

“We phoned yesterday, made a reservation for a birthday dinner today at 5:30 PM, confirmed verbally on the phone. We showed up at 5:30 PM and they turned us away, saying they had no reservation. We showed them the phone number that we phoned yesterday to make the reservation. The phone number was on our phone, confirming that a phone call had been made. We recounted to them the conversation, including the discussion about the fact that it was a birthday and reminded them of the discussion about having a dessert with candles. Nobody recalled the conversation and we had to leave because they were fully booked. they tried to assert that our reservation had been for the previous day and that she even recalled serving a woman yesterday with the same name, a birthday.“

“A great evening dining with my wife Janet at Olympia Pizza on Denman. We come here at least once a visit to Vancouver. The Pizzas here are so good it has become a habit to order them. Tonight we broke our tradition and had a steak dinner (Janet ) and Moussaka dinner ( Me ) . They were so tasty and had us remembering our stops in Greece on this summer's Mediterranean cruise. “Such a gem! This place is an absolute favourite every time I visit Granville Island. I had the chicken souvlaki plate and it was so good, fresh, perfectly seasoned, and so satisfying without being heavy. Everything on the plate tasted homemade and full of flavour, from the tender chicken to the crisp salad and rice. The staff are warm and welcoming, and you can tell they care about quality. Highly recommend stopping by, a feel-good meal in the best kind of way. Just wish they stayed open later!“

“Absolutely 10/10. Leisurely no rush dining , superb service ( the test : never realized my water glass was being filled ) . We ordered the Hydra favourite of lightly fried zucchini and eggplant , shared the sea bream family platter grilled ( the potatoes are incredible ). Sea bream beautifully filleted at the table . We finished with the olive oil chocolate cake - decadent . The cocktails are inventive . An overall incredible dining experience .“

“I would consider it mostly like bar than the restaurant. You would wait approx 20min for the waiter, 10min for water (no refills during your stay) another 10-15min for drinks.Food came out pretty fast - ordered the Mountain burger which was good and as a drink Strawberry&cream Martini.
