Totally love this place! exquisite food, afternoon or evening -- lovely homey but sophisticated layout/style, even if tucked in just south of Marine Drive near Cap Mall. Rapid, meticulous service-- owner is very much on top of the whole operation, real sense of immediacy and personal attention. can't wait to go back! The tomato "tart" is to die for!! prices reasonable and great value for money!“

“Came for a birthday on a rainy Sunday evening. The inside is beautiful and feels a bit more dressed up than the other options on the North Shore. We tried a few drinks from their Negroni menu and were impressed. The salads and squid we ordered for starters were fantastic. All of the pasta dishes were delicious. The portions were surprisingly large, which was nice. Overall a great spot at the bottom of lonsdale for some higher class Italian.“

The location and food were great but Whelan and the rest of the staff, both front of house and in the kitchen, were remarkable. Favourite dishes include the lobster bisque, the mango salad (when available), Fettucini Expo 86, Piccata al Limone. We are very fortunate to have a restaurant of this caliber on the North Shore saving us from travelling over the bridge. Try it for lunch or dinner. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.“

“This is one of the best Italian restaurants on the North Shore if not Vancouver. Quattro's was a local institution on Lonsdale. They move the restaurant to Marine Drive when construction hit the area. Service is excellent. Food is excellent. We are blessed to have such amazing food without having to cross the bridge.“

“My Friend and I ate at this restaurant today for happy hour and we had a fantastic experience! We had the meatballs which were amazing! They melted in your mouth with a beautiful tomatoe sauce with lots of cheese.
We also had the Caesar salad which was also delicious!! It had so much flavor and again they were generous with the cheese!
The service was impeccable, really couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and all with a beautiful view!
