“Is this the best restaurant in North Vancouver? Maybe. I'm not definitely sure it is. But I'm sure it is a contender.

Only been here once. You can tell how much care they put into sourcing ingredients. From the herb garden outfront, to getting bread from the bakery right next door. And then you can tell how much that matters when you eat the food.

Also the staff was super friendly, just a great little gem of a restaurant.“

“This is the best restaurant I have been to in a while. Not only was the food absolutely flawless and incredible... every dish was so good! We had Sienna as a server and I swear she was the most kind and positive server I have had in years. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. In a world full of lazy miserable people she really was a such a light. The overall experience was 12/10 and I cannot wait to make this my new go to spot in North Vancouver.“

“I've been meaning to try this place because their Verdure al forno (roasted vegetable platter) looks really yummy. This weekend we decided to have an early meal to beat the crowd. We ordered Egg White Frittata and Cipolla Vegan Pizza. Both items looked and tasted delicious. Instead of the usual tomato or cream sauces, the vegan pizza had roasted red pepper sauce which added a unique taste profile. There is no garlic on the pizza—which is outstanding—with no unpleasant after taste. We still have to go back and try the roasted vegetable platter. The restaurant is elevated from the street with large picture windows. It's nice and bright inside during the day.“

“A few of the Deep cove lions club. 🦁🦁🦁 ladies met for lunch .8 of us. Kudos by everyone. The most popular was the calamari....WE. Would rate it the best any of us had ever had anywhere...and most of us are well travelled... ..Our server was so patient and graciously helped us with deciding our food choices.. “This is a amazing store. I wish they existed years ago when I was growing up on the north shore, because I would've thrown out my mother's sandwiches and work part time here and eat all their sandwiches lol. The selection of meats and cheese is insane!

Check out all their specialty ingredients on the endless shelfs as well. Incredible and if I may add, the most knowledgeable staff I've ever met in a deli store. If your a foodie person your gonna want to visit this store. They're also featured in a book as well. My favorite so far? The salami's man good grief.

Like I said, if your eyes are closed when you’re eating you know there's something special happening. Puccini’s is a fantastic North Vancouver staple. The community is very lucky.
