“Great kebabs, good atmosphere!“

“We went there for dinner with a group of friends. It was my second time visiting. I ordered the Joojeh Kebab (Thai chicken) and kebab loghme which was good quality and served in a generous portion. However, one of the waiters was not polite —especially considering it was only 8:30 p.m. They seemed tired and a bit rude. Overall, I liked the food, but the restaurant needs a strong manager to better train the staff.“

“I often grab a chicken donair for lunch at work. It’s filling and fresh. Sometimes there’s a little line up but doesn’t take long. The amount of sauce is too generous for me and is adjustable as well as the veggies. I have not yet tried their platters and friends tell me it is enough for two meals.

There were some restrictions with credit card usage. I was not able to use my MC, so something to keep in mind before ordering.“

“Bought 2 wraps, beef was pretty good. Chicken was pretty much all lettuce, definitely needed more chicken, did not much. To much lettuce and not enough anything else. I see in the reviews this has been an issue before. Pita was really good tho.“

“Was in the area, did not want tp eat garbage mcdonalds and I always drove by this kabab donair place. Thought i give it a try today, lots of flavour , had the beef and lamb mix. Very nice owners . Family run business . Best of luck to them and thank you for the drink . Very kind“

“Went there recently and ordered a lamb donair, and the new lady there made the best donair I have ever had, not just randomly slapped together, but built properly with meat on one side and the veggies on the other side, it both tasted fantastic and looked delicious.“

“I've been to many Pakistani restaurants but Karakoram Restaurant stands out for its authentic flavors and generous portions. The karahi was spicy and savory, and the basmati rice was fluffy and fragrant. The staff were friendly and attentive and the prices were very reasonable. I'll be back for more of their delicious dishes!“

“Afghan Horseman never disappoints… my husband and I have been coming here for over 30 years and now it has become a favourite of our kids also. The food…delicious, the atmosphere… unique & cozy, the service… we are always treated like family and we were honoured to be included in their 50th Anniversary celebration this year. Tonight we enjoyed another fabulous dinner experience and we got to share it with our friend from Germany who loved it. Thank you to all our friends at Afghan, we look forward to dining with you in 2025!“

“One of the best donairs I've had in a while, I ordered a mix lamb and beef. The donair was wrapped tightly with fresh and very delcious meat and vegetables. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice asethic. Very kind service as well.

There wasn't any music playing, which is kinda nice actually but I do enjoy being exposed to some middle eastern music every now and then.

“As usual, I ordered the shawarma platter and the quality is on par with most other establishments in the area. (Although the chicken used to be better when they prepared it on the spit. Now it's done in a convection oven)
I particularly like the whipped garlic sauce they offer. Which I don't see this in many other middle eastern restaurants. The hummus is also light and fluffy.
The Saj wrap was a nice change from traditional pita bread wrap.
I would and will eat here again when I am in the neighborhood“
