Subway in North Vancouver

“First of all, this team is amazing! I needed to feed about 14 people for a student function and we ordered the night before and were able to pick up all the sandwiches in the morning. Judy went out of her way to help me fulfill the order last minute and Lilian along with her morning crew made all the sandwiches and were so sweet. Had a great experience with this location ☺️“

“It was empty when I got there. Two staff members worked there, I said hi but no response wasn't even smiles to us even though we smiled at them. Really bad customer service. The tables were dirty, the floor was dirty. A couple walked in and they had nowhere to sit because all the tables were dirty so they called a staff member to wipe the table so they could sit. The food was ok. I liked my rice bowl and the girls liked dippers ham and cheese but won't order churros and Pretzel again, no. Have a clean washroom and parking spots“

“They just moved next to Starbucks at the Lynn valley centre. A bit smaller of a location but still easy parking and convenient. Great service from the staff making our sandwiches just sad they got rid of the tables chairs and custom pop machine“

“Customer service is excellent, staff is friendly and place is neet and tidy. Guacamole was either gone bad or something but gave me food poisoning and i missed my important business trip because of that. I would still rate them 5 not hurting their business but hope that they would be careful about the food next time.

Vegetarian options: Don’t get guacamole added, it will make you sick“

“We've been going here for years. The staff has always gone above and beyond for us. Ensuring we get the best price and the best sandos. They are patient and are consistent in keeping up with my ridiculously complex sandwich orders.
If I had to recommend a Subway this location would be the top of my list.
