“Great spot to stop by after a walk near the lake, my husband and I grabbed a bacon cheddar scone with the mocha shaken espresso. The quality of the scone was pretty good, the drink was also good. There's many different options across the street where the mall is but this is quite cozy and near nature, nice seating area indoors.“

“I got the earl grey and honey on a waffle cone and it was the most exquisite flavour. I highly recommend it. My husband got the double chocolate raspberry and says it’s his current favourite. Staff were friendly and efficient. No line at 7pm on a Wednesday night in June. Pictures were taken after we’d been enjoying the cones for a while.

“Had a craving for fancy Ice Cream today and went in with my partner. We both enjoyed our orders, but what I wanted to talk about was the staff. The young lady who served us was kind, patient, helpful, cheerful, talkative and clearly liked her job and cared about ensuring each customer was happy with their order. “Marble Slab Creamery is one of the best ice cream places I’ve visited! The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality and generous portions. I loved being able to customize my ice cream with different mix-ins, and watching everything being blended on the frozen marble slab made the experience even more enjoyable.
The ice cream was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. If you’re looking for high-quality ice cream at a fair price, I highly recommend Marble Slab Creamery. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Hubby and I popped in Saturday night for our weekly DQ treat, we’ve been doing this for the last couple of months. The week before it was Cloverdale and I had a Buster Bar and it was fabulous! I ordered it again at the Fleetwood store and was so disappointed. First of all it was too soft to eat so I took it home to eat in a dish with a spoon. And.... there was no fudge sauce in it! And only about 6-7 peanuts. I’m not one to call management and complain but hopefully someone will read this and be more careful when putting them together and give them longer time to freeze. 😢“

“DQ is my family's favorite for ice cream. As everybody knows, it doesn't matter which location you go - the ice cream is consistently good.
Quality of service is hit and miss from one location to another - Hope is really good, Chilliwack is meh, Abbotsford Delair is good, Abbotsford Clearbrook is brutal, White Rock sucks, Willowbrook is meh, Mission and Walnut Grove is pretty good, and WILLOUGHBY TOWN CENTRE is AWESOME (which is great because that's our local spot).
We're at the Willoughby Town Centre at least a couple times a month and each time we are there, we get great service. Our four-year-old loves the Blizzard, Peanut Buster Parfait and Hot Fudge Sundae. We will keep going back.
Addition to original post: been back a few times since posting original review. Want to give a special shout out to Luke. Great service from this young man. Friendly, polite, poised…characteristics a parent (which I am) would be proud of.“
