“On our journey driving from Alaska to Arizona, my husband and I made it a priority to stop at The Original Lunch Doctor in Pitt Meadows, BC for lunch. Why? Because my grandmother, Elsie Hatlen, is the founder of this local legacy and amazing sandwich shop! I haven't been here in at least 30 years (I was somewhere between 7 and 10 years old) when Grandma let me help in the back kitchen. The giant mixer was my favorite - and apparently it's still there! It was really neat to be back in Grandma's old shop. We missed the current owner today but visited with all the ladies there, left an original "The Original Lunch Doctor" jar opener for them (the info is even still the same), enjoyed a *fabulous* lunch, and watched them totally sell out - at one point there was a line out the door! It warms my heart how much folks love this place still. Grandma Elsie started something amazing that still lives on... as does she! Still zesty and kind as always, but in Texas instead of Canada. Thank you so much for the hospitality and full bellies! ❤️ 10,000 out of 5 stars, highly recommend!“

“A straight forward subway experience. For me personally , climbing prices are going to eventually end subway visits for me all together as it is no longer economically viable for me to do so. ( My opinion is by no means directed at any one location specifically )“

“The sandwiches are cheap, big, and tasty. I love their veggie one, and whenever I order it for lunch, all of my coworkers immediately jump in to get some too. The consesus seems to be that the lemongrass chicken is the best one. The bread is so crisp i sometimes cut my mouth on it and I still love every bite.“

“Subway workers always suck, and are some of the worst in the industry but if EVERY STORE managed their workers like this one, then subway would overtake all the other restaurants in the sandwich business. This place should be the GOLD standard of subways because their workers are phenomenal. I come in "How are you my friend ?" And then quick/good service from start to finish while everyone is smiling.

“I recently tried the Chicken Carbonara at Quiznos, and it was fantastic! The sandwich was packed with flavor—the combination of tender chicken, crispy bacon, and the rich, creamy sauce was perfect. The bread was fresh and toasted just right, adding a nice crunch. The portion was generous and satisfying. Special thanks to Loveleen, who served me with a smile and made the experience even better with her friendly and quick service. “Absolutely the nicest people working there. Super service. The falafel wraps were amazing and the people there were so kind, they gave extra dip with the pita chips when I asked even though it wasn't included. Then came to the table to ask if we wanted anything else or if it was good. My husband went back for a smoothie and only ordered one and they gave us a free one for me. Unbelievablely kind! I gave them a tip, but those two ladies working there today make pita pit look amazing. If pita pit trains their workers to be like that you've got me as a favorite customer. Made me want to come back and tell others. I also usually don't write reviews, so there you go! Great staff and good food and smoothie!

“Pardeep working close tonight was AMAZING.
He got the long line dealt with QUICKLY and made sure to get all the details right for everyone's order ahead of us.
All I had to say was that I wanted the jerk chicken bowl (he even let me know what came in it!), and he took care of the rest! I didn't have to list off everything I wanted in it, and he omitted the cheese per my request.
Food was phenomenal. Best bowl I've ever had.
Absolutely amazing service from him.
Would absolutely come back in a heartbeat due to his service!

“I came in with crutches on Oct 2 around 2:30, right away an employee opened the door for me. There were a few ladies working and every one of them helped me out, they sat me down brought me the debit machine so I didn't have to hobble over and even filled up my drink for me. They went out of their way and were all super kind and helpful. I appreciate it so much. Thank you.“

“This Subway and their staff are amazing. We ordered 13 foot longs for my son’s birthday party and they nailed it. JOSIE and LAAIQA got them ready in no time and took care of all the instructions I gave them over the phone. They customized my food request, cut the foot longs in 4” and individually wrapped each portion in cookie bags. How amazing 🤩. Each sub had just the right amount of veges and dressing (without us being physically present there for any instructions). I can’t thank you enough for making the whole ordering process and my experience simply wonderful. Our guests just loved the subs. You guys are awesome 👏🏼.“

“I go at least three times in a week to Subway. It is near the gym I use and the subs are a healthy alternative. I love my local Subway! Service is very quick. The restaurant is well kept and clean. “I went to this location two days ago and i must say they have maintained it well and organised. Am a vegetarian so I ordered footlong veggie patty Two girls were there and one of them took my order quickly. They made it with good care, proper handwash and taking care of not touching any meat. Even they clean and washed the veggie knife twice before cutting my sandwich. Both of the girls were very nice as well. I must recommend this.“

“Usually Subway is a hit or miss for me. This location however is normally a hit and it’s busier than most Subways Ive been to which allows the ingredients to be more fresh/replenished.
I order through the app & my sandwich is always ready upon pickup. It’s always made exactly as instructed and my last sandwich in particular was bomb!

“Impeccable service!! At this subway, the worker working around 9:20am today (Mar 25) was one of the best fast food employees I have ever encountered. She was very patient and knew everything on the menu like the back of her hand! She also didn’t just slap the ingredients into my sub and leave half of them falling out after she closed it (can’t say this for most subway employees these days). The washrooms were also very well kept and clean. Subway should give this young woman a raise! My only regret is not getting her name.“
