“I got the earl grey and honey on a waffle cone and it was the most exquisite flavour. I highly recommend it. My husband got the double chocolate raspberry and says it’s his current favourite. Staff were friendly and efficient. No line at 7pm on a Wednesday night in June. Pictures were taken after we’d been enjoying the cones for a while.

“I recently visited Menchie's and tried their Nutella flavor, and it was absolutely delicious! The rich, creamy texture combined with the authentic Nutella taste made it one of the best frozen yogurt flavors I've ever had. It wasn't overly sweet, and the smooth chocolate-hazelnut blend was perfect. The staff were friendly, and the toppings selection allowed me to customize my treat just the way I like it. If you're a Nutella fan, this flavor is a must-try! I'll definitely be back for more.“

“This was my first visit here with my friend. I ordered a Falooda and Mango Icecream which the Front desk girl suggested for me.Ice cream was authentic and Front staff treated us with professionalism and kept a smile on their Face.Definitely give them a try. My friend loved the falooda which remember us of India style falooda.“

“I placed a custom cake order, and although they didn’t have one of the ingredients I requested, they called me immediately to let me know and suggested a suitable substitute. They also informed me that the delivery service I had requested wasn’t available, but I was okay with that. To my pleasant surprise, they delivered the cake with ample notice, arriving exactly when they said they would.“

“This was the most classy DQ I've ever seen and ate in. It was new and clean and just was very organized. It's location is right in the new and trendy village atmosphere of Willoughby. Very enjoyable and highly recommended for a burger and some ice cream.“
