“I got the earl grey and honey on a waffle cone and it was the most exquisite flavour. I highly recommend it. My husband got the double chocolate raspberry and says it’s his current favourite. Staff were friendly and efficient. No line at 7pm on a Wednesday night in June. Pictures were taken after we’d been enjoying the cones for a while.

“I recently visited Menchie's and tried their Nutella flavor, and it was absolutely delicious! The rich, creamy texture combined with the authentic Nutella taste made it one of the best frozen yogurt flavors I've ever had. It wasn't overly sweet, and the smooth chocolate-hazelnut blend was perfect. The staff were friendly, and the toppings selection allowed me to customize my treat just the way I like it. If you're a Nutella fan, this flavor is a must-try! I'll definitely be back for more.“

“I had a really good experience when I walked in today, Friday August 29th/2025. Was greeted by a girl right away, she was very to the point, aware and thorough! Also very polite! 😊 the time I was served was around 4:30pm! I just want to say you should really give her a raise, she is a great worker! There aren’t many workers like that out there anymore!“

“Hubby and I popped in Saturday night for our weekly DQ treat, we’ve been doing this for the last couple of months. The week before it was Cloverdale and I had a Buster Bar and it was fabulous! I ordered it again at the Fleetwood store and was so disappointed. First of all it was too soft to eat so I took it home to eat in a dish with a spoon. And.... there was no fudge sauce in it! And only about 6-7 peanuts. I’m not one to call management and complain but hopefully someone will read this and be more careful when putting them together and give them longer time to freeze. 😢“
