(I did reach out to Mucho Burrito customer service twice before posting this review, they’re not interested in resolving issues it seems as I never heard back)

I was served completely RAW CHICKEN at this location… (pic below), and when I let them know they offered to make me a new one, which I obviously said no to. Only after insisting was I able to get a refund, and I was only able to get one for the pre-tax and pre-tip burrito price; had to keep the rest of the combo so took my drink, chips & queso and paired them with a burger from five guys next door. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location as I used to really enjoy their food, but the way they dealt with this was abysmal.“

Willoughby is Absolutely Beautiful, so well thoughtout, laidout, great colors, fabulous decor. The Food,... well i had the brunch lunch steak and eggs taco. Thats Right, sweet jesus,.SO GOOD. The Wife had the Noodle Salad Bowl with spicy peanut sauce, again, Great Presentation, very fresh, cruchy, perfect noodles with grilled chicken. Cathy had a Flight of mimosas, me... CranSoda. “I checked them out when they came to Chilliwack yesterday. I had to see if they were as good as my friends at the The Veganist were claiming. I had the veganator and I was blown away by how good it was. I felt it was better than any animal based burger I had in the past and also no gross nauseous feeling afterward like I used to get from fast food animal products. Win win.“

“Kokomo is a great plant-bases option tucked away in suter brook. The food is decent, not exceptional. I usually feel like the meal could’ve been better - for instance, the Korean bowl’s use of extra firm tofu isnt great.
Staff have always been kind.
Atmosphere is very cute. Very modern, nice windows. The stools do leave a bit to be desired, back-support wise.

“My wife and myself took our family of 6 out for dinner this past Saturday 24th May. (3 of which were visiting from Scotland and was their first Taiwanese experience)

First of all, the server who assisted us (unfortunately, we did not get her name) was exceptional. She was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful with our Scottish family who needed the extra time. You definitley helped give a memorable experience for everyone.

The food was also excellent, my wife and myself have been previously and were excited to return as our first time was also enjoyable. Note: If you order a large bowl, you'd better be hungry.

But once I asked to surprise my friend for his birthday, I ordered a dessert (paid for it) and asked to bring it to our table with candles. They brought this dessert to a different table and without candles. Since it was a surprise, I didn't want to ask the waitress for it again because I didn't want my friend to notice anything. So I ended up paying for the dessert that we never got.“

We've been going here quite frequently actually, the food is made to order and it's quick, fresh and convenient. For a fast food type sushi place, it satisfies the craving.“
