“The soup broth here is delicious and high quality tasting. We tried the pork rib and the century egg and cilantro broth and both had plenty of ingredients and rich flavour. Would recommend getting the sauce bar option for $3.99 more as it includes fruit, some sides like edamame and pickled radish, as well as the sauces. They have complimentary hair ties that are very thin but work. Wish they had ayce all the time but it’s only limited hours and when we went, it was a la carte. It’s still pretty good but not as amazing as Hai di Lao in terms of a la carte hot pot.“

“The price for dinner combos is really affordable. I came with two other friends to have the 3-4 person combo. We got several plates of meat, assorted veggies, noodles, and sauces.
The quality of meat and veggies are fresh. The atmosphere is nice and the place is clean.
Highly recommend it and I look forward to trying their lunch combo.“
“I had an amazing experience at U Town❤️ The variety of options was impressive, with plenty of fresh ingredients to choose from.
The food preparation was incredibly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were so nice and welcoming, always checking in to see if we needed anything. To top it off, they served us complimentary ice cream after the meal, which was a delightful touch.
Overall, a fantastic dining experience. I recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious hotpot and great service!“

“Honestly I think burnaby location offered larger vegetable plates. We ordered premium beef with $34 but it’s actually not tender at all and it’s even heard to tell the difference between pork or beef. All other food and soup are good. It was only a bit disappointed because of the beef quality.“

“Sunny has extraordinary interpersonal skills. She delivered First Class service. Her personality is synonymous with her name. Very radiant. The cuisine was so exquisite. Compliments to the Chef & his/her staff. Highly recommended. 💥💥💥💥💥👍🏻👍🏻☝🏿“
“We tried this new hotpot restaurant for lunch today. It was a fairly nice experience even though servers were just learning the ropes and customers were reaching over others to get ingredients or going ahead of people instead of moving along in order of entry. There are more choices to flavour broth bases than at other similar pay-by-weight places. There is also a spice bar and soft-serve ice-cream that is self-served. The setting is bright and roomy; tables are spread out, so dining there is relaxing and enjoyable. For those who know, this location is where Felico’s use to be. There’s limited free parking at the lot. During their soft opening, if you spend $15 or more, you get a choice of a Chinese ‘burger’ or bun stuffed with pork or a free drink. I’d return.“

“Good Nine in Richmond is hands-down one of the best Korean BBQ experiences we’ve had. From the moment we sat down, the banchan set the tone, each small dish was bursting with flavor, and the standout was their sour kimchi specially prepared for grilling, which you rarely see around here.
The meats were impeccably fresh and tender, from the thinly sliced brisket to the pork belly. Every cut we ordered sizzled beautifully on the grill and delivered on that perfect balance of char and juiciness.
Service at Good Nine is both fast and friendly, with staff who keep the grill going and the plates coming. We’ll definitely be back for more!“

“Huge portions. Good prices , sign on the board is what you pay incl. taxes.
It was quite fast despite being really busy. I prefer takeout from here as the seating for the food court is usually packed.
This time tried the chicken nuggets + rice set meal this came with veggies ,egg and tofu for $14. Chicken is always really fresh , hot and crispy.
Like most stalls it is cash only ( or wechat/ alipay I think ). Sometimes they also have offers / coupons through Fantuan app even for pickup.“

“Ordered honey milk green tea, the hot green and house special. The food and service were good. The vibes are relaxed. I actually poked through the wall of the bubble tea, making it burst. The store gave me a new one. Appreciate the generosity and service“

“Ai-Boiled Restaurant at Aberdeen Square is a hidden gem for anyone who loves customizable hot pot with rich, satisfying flavors. What truly sets this spot apart is their incredible in-house made soups — they are fragrant, flavorful, and crafted with care. Whether you prefer mild or spicy, the broth options are well-balanced and allow the fresh ingredients to shine without being overpowering.
The concept is simple and fun: you pick your ingredients from a wide variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, tofu, and noodles, and they cook it in the broth of your choice. Each bowl is built exactly the way you want it, so it’s perfect for both picky eaters and adventurous foodies. The quality of the ingredients is high, and everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
One of the standout broths is their spicy mala, which brings authentic Sichuan heat without being overwhelming. For something gentler, the mushroom and tomato bases are both hearty and deeply comforting.
The restaurant itself is clean, modern, and efficient. Service is usually quick, and staff are friendly and helpful when it comes to explaining the ordering process. It’s a great place for a solo meal, a casual lunch with coworkers, or even a low-key dinner with friends.
Overall, Ai-Boiled delivers consistent quality, excellent value, and a truly satisfying hot pot experience. If you’re in the Aberdeen area and craving warm, delicious soup made from scratch, this spot is definitely worth a visit.“

“They take cash only or debit if the order is over $50. Was going to dine in but ended up ordering takeout instead. Service was really sweet though and i really liked the food! Trap good spicy flavour and servings are really big! I would love to come back in the future and try different dishes! I really enjoyed“

“Oz os a good place, good food.“
“Some phenomenal skewers! They have a massive selection for their skewers, and their appetizers and desserts are all delicious too. Though the proportion size is a little small for the price, they all taste great! The parking is convenient to come by, and there're some bubble tea places nearby if it was too spicy for you haha. I highly recommend their spam skewers :)
Parking: Easy to come by.“
“I went to The Regalia Restaurant because they advertised having authentic Hong Kong-style chicken hot pot (香港雞煲) — something I’ve been craving for years.
I’ve been in Canada for 12 years, and while about 98% of Hong Kong flavors can be found here, the true Hong Kong chicken hot pot has always been missing. Naturally, I had to give this place a try.
The restaurant environment is quite nice, and based on what I read online, it’s fairly new and run by people with real Hong Kong roots. Unfortunately, the chicken hot pot didn’t quite deliver. It looked right, but the taste was off. Instead of the complex, layered flavors you get from a chicken hot pot with a house-made sauce, this version was dominated by a strong shacha (沙茶) sauce flavor. It wasn’t bad — the dish was fine to eat — but it didn’t feel carefully crafted or close to the authentic Hong Kong taste I’ve been searching for.
On the other hand, their deep-fried salt & pepper grouper was excellent! It tasted truly authentic and very satisfying, especially since fresh ocean fish is hard to find in my hometown — Toronto. At $38.75 for one order, the portion was generous and felt like great value.
Given the price, if I had to choose between the grouper and the stir-fried clams, the grouper definitely feels like the much better deal.

“I come every year to this restaurant to eat the salted egg prawns and every time it always hits the spot this time I got some ribs that I didn’t take pictures of but it was so good 10 out of 10. Recommend this place if you’re in the area fresh seafood.“

“we arrive the place 19:00.
Choose and pay for the food at 19:20
Didn’t get any thing until 19:50, so we have to ask to pack the food in the container to go.
Finally we got our “take out” at 20:00.
Also we missing the Chinese Donut in our order.
Disappoint.“

“I mainly go there for their 麻辣火鍋.
I also purchase their麻辣火鍋 package sauce for home and gift.
The quality of their food are just average nothing stand out.
The restaurant is inside the shopping mall. it's located on the second floor, facing the street corner.
They are right above HMart.
If this is the first time that you are going to the restaurant. It's kinda hard to find. Go to information center and ask the lady for directions.“
