Based on the reviews, Jade Seafood Restaurant is a premium Chinese food restaurant with a beautiful venue and good service. Attentive waiters will constantly change your plates. The food is beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. They specialize in seafood dishes, but the meat options are also very good. The King Crab was done very nicely, steamed with garlic & chives. The restaurant is on the pricier side, but you could dine within 50 dollars if your group sticks to more casual menu items. The place is a gem, with a good layout without any pillars, making it suitable for a medium wedding banquet or family birthday dinner. They can arrange different size private rooms. The restaurant has free parking. The dim sum is ordinary and the service is ok, except for one rude server. The order of dishes arriving from the kitchen was a bit slow. However, the price is more reasonable than other Chinese restaurants in Richmond. They offer good promotion on weekdays, including a discount on dim sum and free tea. The congee and noodles were quite big and good value.
