I didn’t have high expectations for the rice noodles, since it’s a very common, everyday dish in China.
The original rice noodles came in a stone pot. Even without a flame, it was still boiling hot, which was nice. The chicken knees were okay, but the spicy powder had that artificial, chemical-like smell—you know, the kind often found in mass-produced seasoning. It was a bit off-putting.
