From the start, they were incredibly detail-oriented, making sure every aspect of the design matched what I had in mind. “I am the General Manager of a retirement home in Victoria and one of my residents had above and beyond service when her car ran out of gas in your drive through the following is written by her and posted on her behalf: I love the DQ in Sidney, I've known Barb & Gwen for several years and wept when we lost lovely Gwen not long ago. Today after placing my lunch order with my friend Barb I drove around till I was 3rd in line for her window, and instead of idling I turned my engine off and discovered it would not start - I was out of gas! As I am handicapped and dependent on the use of a walker, I put on the flashers and very soon had offers of pushing me out of the way. A uniformed DQ employee came to help, which resulted in him dashing away and returning with a full jerrycan of gas which he immediately emptied into my gas tank. “I go to Sampan Express quite often, especially for their hot plate dishes. They’re always served hot and fresh, and the flavors never disappoint. Their chow mein is also really good and consistently tasty. A reliable spot when I’m craving something comforting!“

“I’ve been going to this A&W location for 3 years. And now, I will leave a review. The food is always exceptional in comparison to other fast foods. (e.g. McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Burger King.) The slight price hike in comparison to these chains is worth the raised quality of product you receive.

Service is outstanding as well, with an example being when I received a bacon, egg n cheese when I ordered a sausage. When I inquired with the worker at the front, I was immediately given a second breakfast sandwich without further questioning.

The atmosphere is good as well. However, sometimes there can be instances of tables being not cleaned after being used. Although, it’s the customers' moral responsibility to clean up after themselves; at least good enough for another person to use it afterwards.

Vegetarian options: There are no true vegetarian options as, Beyond Meat burger patties are cooked on the same surfaces as their standard beef patties. As well as, fries being cooked in the same oil as the chicken products.

Dietary restrictions: As for dietary restrictions, you are able to ask for a change of sauce, or removal of it entirely, and burger toppings can be removed and added to your liking.

Parking: Abundant parking. But, can be difficult to find a spot by the entrances.

Kid-friendliness: Has kids meals. Front staff are often handing out root beer lollipops to kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator that connects the top and bottom floors of the mall to get to the A&W.“

“The young lady at the drive through was very polite and quick. I have to RAVE that seeing the “You are Enough” Sweaters that the owner had given them to wear as a Christmas gift was absolutely the best thing I have ever seen when it comes to uniform. I am not sure if A&W have adopted this but it’s fantastic and they should do it across the franchise!!!

“it is 4:33, Monday, December 23. i sit here and just watched a mcmiracle. im a hungry man, so i placed an order hoping to get a decent 10 nugs, bigmac, and fries. the result, was something i have long forgotten. the reason i go to mcdonalds. not only did i get piping hot fresh food, but when i asked for a cup of water they gave me a hesitation free challace to cherish. sometimes when i go to mcdonalds i cant lie a lil soda may end up in my cup, but here that didnt even cross my mind. they delivered with a smile, and i swear hands down i had the best mcmeal of my mclife. while i was eating, the most elegant worker melodie was sweeping the place to that nostalgic perfection. the tables were cleared moments after any party left throughout my stay, which continues to highlight their outstanding service. would i reccomend this place if you want a mcdonalds meal ?? not necessarily. would i reccomend this place, if you want ronald
himself to come and bless you with a mcmiracle, then i would take a swing by. i dont think youll regret it.“

“I always hated Pizza hut, but this location actually tastes good and seems well kept. The deals are decent too, I always get the box meal for $12 I get a mini 3 topping pizza and wings. - My only complaint is one of the employees always puts the cup crisp pepperoni on the top and it always burns them. I need them under the cheese like the owner does it. He makes them best for sure.“
