He grinds his own spices and every ingredient is fresh and local.On Valentines Day we ordered takeout Butter Chicken and it was the most flavorful we have ever eaten. He added Multiple dipping sauces, chopped vegetables, nan with a delicious dip and more.His repertoire is expansive so we asked for a french meal a few weeks ago. Fabulous ! We now order from him weekly and enjoy a gourmet meal at home for an unbelievable reasonable price.He is so enthusiastic about his food and a pleasure to deal with.Don’t miss this Saltspring Island treasure!
