Short of staff at certain peak times in the morning.Had to wait 10 mins for a drive thru order.Hint:Esso tim hortons is more faster than here if you are in a hurry.If you are not rushed, a&w is good either way
I go here quite a bit but just recently I have been not happy with service through drive thru. I ask if they put things I’ve asked for (and paid for) and I get home with nothing!! It’s happened 3 times in a row.

Downloaded the app and was surprised to find the 899 matzah burger and a root beer combo I added grilled onions to the Burger and was very surprised at how one quick it was ready and two how good the burger was the bread was soft and toasted as always with fast food it could use a bit of seasoning but overall beef very good bacon good mozzarella good onions lettuce tomato all very good I'm thoroughly impressed and the kicker if you check one of my other A&W reviews is I asked...read full review
