It was pretty busy at the time I ordered but the employees were very efficient and organized. When it was my turn, I like how the cashier/server confirmed my order before making it. I wish I got her name! She also patiently answered my questions about the loyalty program. Great people and notably very clean This is my go-to bubble tea place!

“The bubbletea here was good!!! We ordered the tiger brown sugar one and it tasted good. Their pearls are also warm when you just get the drink and they made the drinks quick too. Only downside is that the drink tastes more milky and have less of a tea flavour but it was still good!“

“They have a very good selection and I bought Chocolate slush and Pinacolada Slush. Very nice tast. I can say it’s almost the same quality as the bubble world (bit less thickness than the bubble world. But I’m not reducing a start for that small thing)

Overall this s a really good place for a bubble tea at King George. 1min walk from the sky train station.

Today I bought a brown sugar pear and a Milk tea Triple.
Brown sugar pearl was good. But Milk Tea Triple was terrible. Jelly s disgusting and feels like it’s expired.
We had the same from Chartime yesterday and it was amazing. That’s why we wanted to buy another today from ur place. But we’ll never buy again from PresoTea.

A bit of a bummer that for delivery (through Uber), the fees and wait times seem ridiculous - $8.99 delivery fee with a wait of 50-65 minutes? I can order something from bubble tea places in Langley thats way cheaper in fees and at least half the wait time.

Parking: In a complex with a big parking lot with other stores (ie safeway, london drugs, etc.)“

Our kids didn't want Poké, so it was nice to have tots and Mac n cheese as alternatives. You're not going to find more bang for your buck in terms of their drinks as well. “They often seem to have interesting new specials like the mango slush with coconut milk which I thought was pretty good and had mango pulp and sago in it and not actually a slush texture but still refreshing with coldness. The yogurt drinks sound good too. Oh my gosh the reviews towards the "Caucasian" cashier seem quite rude when I actually found him very very helpful and inviting and deserving praise. He did let me know the matcha red bean drink and Thai iced tea drink contain dairy within the powders used but I thought it might be ok with oat milk and it did taste great but unfortunately not ok for the lactose intolerant 😔“
