“This Mary browns is the best ever! The food is always fresh and delicious, but the customer service is above and beyond especially because of Mani. He has served us many times and has always has a smile on his face, is very polite and makes sure that our order is correct. We come back because of Mani and his amazing customer service, and when I say Mani goes above and beyond, I accidental left my purse in the restaurant before closing, I didn’t realize until I got home and I’ve never done that before so I was VERY panicked. I had everything in there. About an hour later a car pulled up to our house and it was Mani carrying my bag. I was absolutely shocked and beyond happy that kind hearted people like him exist. He deserves all the best and I hope he gets a raise and a promotion because Mary browns is VERY lucky to have someone like him. Thank you again Mani you are the best!!“

“KFC is a good place to eat if you're on the go! If you're trying to get a cheap meal on Tuesdays, this is one of the best places since there is 2 pieces of chicken and fries which is a little bit small but still good. The food came out in 30 seconds which is crazy how that happened, but barely any service. There are many seats inside CF richmond centre if you wanted to dine in, so I would say this is a good place and definitely recommend. The other days I dine in here are still expensive.“

“I dropped by this KFC on 3/25/2025 to use a 12pc bucket coupon. I was greeted by the cashier who was quite friendly, I think her name was Pukita (apologies for misspelling). I informed her that I wanted to use the coupon, which she accepted. As she processed my order, she communicated that they only had drumstick and thighs and asked whether that would be okay. Fortunately, those are my preferred pieces and I accepted this limitation.

It had been a while since I had last visited this location so it was another pleasant surprise that it appeared to have undergone a renovation and looked much cleaner and more well lit.

Food was okay, typical KFC taste (if you like it, you like it, and if you don’t, you don’t). Really happy with the service and atmosphere though.“
