We had dinner at Blue Water Cafe last night, and our server, Jared, was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly attentive throughout the entire evening and possessed a deep knowledge of the menu, explaining the dishes with great detail. His drink recommendations were also spot on and enhanced our meal perfectly.

What an amazing find. A little off the beaten path, but worth the walk. Sitting solo at the bar, I started the meal by ordering off their gin&tonic menu--offering a selection of unique gins to start off the evening.
Had the tuna as a starter, along with a tasting of some caviar. Tuna was seasoned and marinaded beautifully. Entree of Sablefish was cooked perfectly--flaky, moist and exploding with flavour.

This was a true dining experience. Loved the ambiance, the food was outstanding and they were extremely accommodating to dietary restrictions.
