Okay quality food but not served very hot, with dishes being hit or miss. The restaurant is small and service is quick and friendly enough. Pork siu mai and hat gow were good and filled with shrimp, but other dishes were quite average. They also don’t take Amex despite advertising that they do which is deceiving. It’s a convenient location, but there’s better dimsum options in east and south Vancouver.
