The pineapple buns were fresh and delicious. Same goes with the house cooked BBQ pork!

食物非常美味,員工服務態度好,有禮貌,親切的老闆👍🏻
Came here for the pineapple buns, which I’ve been missing since moving back to Canada from Singapore, and was not disappointed, they were excellent. Fresh, fluffy and just sweet enough. I had the honey butter bun and the butter was also delicious. Great milk tea and bbq pork noodles too. Super authentic and delicious, can’t wait for another visit!

Ho Yuen Cafe serves delicious Hong Kong-style breakfast with creamy scrambled eggs and crispy shell pineapple buns that are soft on the inside. Reviewers recommend the ginger beef noodle soup, made flavorful with soy sauce and chili sauce. The cha siu rice and pineapple bun are also popular options, as well as the luncheon meat and macaroni in tomato soup, which amazes many diners. The staff is friendly, and the cafe maintains a clean storefront.
The cafe offers a variety of housemade pastries like Egg Tarts with a cookie shell and entrees such as Homemade BBQ Pork in Noodles Soup and Satay Beef in Instant Noodles Soup. Reviewers particularly enjoyed the Ginger Sauced Beef in Vermicelli Soup, the Pork Chop Bun, and the curry rice with beef brisket. The authentic taste of the pineapple bun is exceptional, especially when paired with butter, with options like chocolate and salted egg buns available. The BBQ pork is tender and flavorful, while the salted egg wings are rich and best shared.
With a nostalgic Hong Kong vibe, classic Cantopop songs, and Cantonese-speaking staff, the cafe captures the true essence of an authentic HK-style experience. The combo breakfast pairs beautifully with their delicious soy milk, making it a comforting meal. Though service can be slow during busy times, the friendly staff, including the waiter Josh, and easy parking add to the overall appeal. Outdoor seating is available for those who wish to dine with their dogs.
