“I placed an online order from the 6487 Knight St , location. And after placing my order, I decided to go and read the reviews. After reading the first 5 reviews, I became nervous, as they were all very negative reviews on cleanliness, on management, on food quality etc... Honestly, I was expecting the worst.But then, the delivery driver arrived. He was very well mannered, well dressed, clean, respectful and kind. He delivered my food (15 minutes earlier than expected), he smiled and said thank you. The food was all correct, it was hot, and fresh, and fully cooked. Overall, I was blown away by their standards. I am in the Food Service Industry myself, as well as a Licensed Card Holder of the NFSTP (National Food Safety Training Program) of British Columbia. And while I didn't see the kitchen.. by the food I received, its Quality, and by the Customer Service I received.. I would give this location a 5 Star rating!!Not only am I a Happy Customer, but.. I will definitely be a return customer!!I phoned the manager, to let them know just how Happy I was with the Food Service that I received!! Way to go Knight Street KFC in Vancouver!!“
“Not many people decide to leave a review for a chain fast food, but this place deserves 5 stars because of the staff. In particular I want to thank one of the staffs, a very sweet lady that is always smiling and being friendly with you. She has better costumer service than many 5 star restaurants.
