I have to write a review, because last night I ordered an 18" Calabria that was quite literally one of the best pizzas I've ever had.The crust had a perfect balance of crispy and with some burn tips near the end, and just warm and chewy. Honestly fantastic work. Props to the delivery driver who got it to me fast enough that it tasted like it was just out of the oven.Will be ordering again soon!
Neapolitan pizzas with thin crust - There are many options to choose from. The best timing to enjoy pizzas is when it’s hot and fresh from the oven. Unfortunately since most pizzas are sitting at room temperature for awhile, even they do reheat the pizza, the bottom crust is kind of soggy. The crust at the edge is better.
