L'Abattoir is a lovely spot in Gastown for a special dining experience! The lamb belly is absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavour. And the desserts? We stopped at L'Abattoir on a weeknight after wandering around Gastown for a few hours, and the duck leg confit was easily one of the best things we've eaten in Vancouver. The exposed brick and warm lighting made for a cozy spot to unwind, and our server took real time walking us through the wine list without rushing us even though the place was busy.
