I was really keen on trying the crème brûlée sandwich but sadly they had run out of it by then time we reached. They suggested that we could choose an alternate sandwich of choice and they’d brûlée it for us. So we ended up trying a brûlée-d vanilla oat milk ice cream sandwich and it delivered.The biscuit was the right amount of buttery and thick. The ice cream wasn’t too sweet which I loved! Quick line up after Sunday night dinner to try the Irish coffee ice cream. Fun to watch as they make it per order. Rich and creamy. And friend tried the matcha ice cream it’s awesome too.

Long story short, the shortbread ice cream is the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I’ve tried the bars, the crème brûlée…but the shortbread ice cream is absolutely phenomenal. I hope it remains a staple.
