Looks like Howe Sound has opened up a new location right next to the Waldorf hotel (same building). This venue is just E of the famed Tiki room. Parking is available along Hastings, as well as the side streets. The inside still looks a lot like a tropical themed bar, with all the bamboo trim. Definitely different vibe from the Squamish (ski chalet) theme. There is a S facing outdoor (not covered) patio as well, which should probably be pretty decent if one doesn't mind getting...read full review
Service is great and its huge inside but looks like no reno. I also ordered their Monday special a double margarita and got what is pictured below. My fault for ordering a margarita at a brewery taphouse i guess, but not even a salted rim
