The food and service was just ok. It was our first meal in Vancouver. Fry food can't go wrong. French Fries had a lemon taste to it. No salt. Little bit soggy not crispy. We order two calamari end up changing one dish to Caesar salad calamari. End up with two calamari salad. Not sure if the servicer was tired or didn't understand what we were saying. We try to order the Bakalava it was out. All in all the food was just ok. Just wish I had gone with AW burger or Japanese.
To start, the ordering process was very smooth. Staff weren’t rude at all when I was in line, which doesn’t match up with what other reviews are saying. I was expecting to get two skewers of souvlaki when I ordered the combo and felt sort of cheated when I only got one.When I ate it it was kinda chewy and tasteless. I tried the Beef Souvlaki & Salad.I liked the Caesar salad, and most of it looked fresh, but I did notice some bad lettuce. If I were the person who prepared the plate and noticed the lettuce wasn't good, I would have removed it to avoid dissatisfaction for the customer.It wasn't busy when I placed my order, so I don't understand why she couldn't see it.The Beef Souvlaki was just okay; they were precooked, so I don't know how long they had been in the food warmer.
