Seaport City Restaurant is a high-end dim sum establishment that has impressed many diners with its delectable offerings and exceptional service. Located in Vancouver, the restaurant offers a diverse menu with generous portions and high-quality ingredients, such as truffle oil and preserved plum.
Customers have praised the restaurant's food, which includes favorites like siu mai, BBQ pork buns with crispy layer, and flavorful dishes like truffle chicken and cumin lamb. The dim sum portions are larger than what is typically found, with some dishes even offering five pieces instead of four. Diners love the freshness and taste, especially the best Cheung fun they’ve ever had, rice rolls packed with beef, and perfectly done pea shoots.
The service at Seaport City Restaurant is efficient and authentic, with attentive staff who change plates regularly and keep tea hot on a candle. The ambiance is grand, with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, offering ample space. While the prices may be slightly higher, the quality of the food and the overall dining experience make it a top choice for authentic Chinese cuisine. The restaurant’s Michelin Bib Gourmand is truly well-deserved, and many consider it the best dim sum spot in the city.
