What the ideal small ice cream shop looks like to me. They've got the classic flavours, the seasonal flavours, and the wacky flavours for every customer. Ice cream is churned right there in the shop and all the flavour notes can be tasted. Their ice cream sandwiches are hefty and filling. Will be coming back for sure.
Cold Comfort may just have my favorite ice cream sandwich in the world! The burnt sugar ice cream nestled between two golden graham cookies that are perfectly chewy, even with the cold from the ice cream... a lovely balance of sweet and salty, just splendid! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because everything is just so dang expensive. $9 for an ice cream sandwich? They are pretty sizable, but that is a pretty penny to pay.
