“I had such a wonderful experience with this Dairy Queen location! I ordered a baby announcement cake, and the management and team truly went above and beyond to make it special. From the start, they were incredibly detail-oriented, making sure every aspect of the design matched what I had in mind. They listened carefully to my request and added thoughtful touches that made the cake even more meaningful than I expected. The turnaround time was excellent as well—everything was completed right on schedule, which made the whole process stress-free. You can really tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Thank you to the amazing team for helping create such a memorable moment for us. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for something customized and made with care!“

“Order was correct and as expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue is the area in which the store is located is a bit of a questionable area, not the fault of the business, but ensure you lock your vehicle and do not leave items in plain sight.“

“Always a great experience at this Dairy Queen. Admittedly I dont frequent DQ often but when I do the Colwood DQ is always consistent. Writing this review after an excellent experience on sept 14th just before closing. The whole team (True, Joe, Lady and Rider - sorry if im getting some of those names wrong) were very friendly and helpful, helping to navigate the app and did a great job of up-selling. I'm always a little disappointed in the portion size of some of DQs offerings but thats more of a reflection on DQs value proposition than the store, food was hot tasty and made to order.

“We've been to many DQs (local and while traveling) and this one is 100% the best of any we've been to. The staff, the training, the food. I hate when you get a large blizzard and the last few inches are just plane white ice cream - This DQ consistently ensures the toppings are all the way to the bottom.“

“Ordered the cheeseburger meal deal. I wasn't told it would be $3 more to go from a teeny tiny flurry to a slightly bigger one. The food was good and hot. The service was polite and everyone seemed to be enjoying their food and having a good time. We will be back.“
