“They have set meals for $23. Used to be cheaper. Lots of food for the price. Had the assorted katsu set: good if you're into breaded stuff. The sesame coleslaw is delicious. The side dishes are interesting, blanched greens, pickled veggies, various sauces. Also had the teriyaki chicken. Very normal and filling. Same side dishes. Had the deep fried ice cream. The batter was a bit thick on the ice cream, but its ok. Will try other dishes next time.“

“We had delivery from J&J and it was spectacular. The highlights were the “Crispy Spicy Ginger Beef,” the “Shanghai Thick Noodle Chow Mein,” and the “Sichuan Style Green Beans.” All were fresh, tasty, and piping hot. We will definitely be ordering again or dining in.“

“Every time I go to Hillside I always drop by to my favorite fast food Edo.I usually order bento chicken with tempura and gyoza, I tried the noodles too and its so yummy.Moving forward I'm gonna try the rest on the menu.I would like to commend the staff esp the cashier Junna Marrie Yrah Bautista and her husb.They are so friendly and accommodating.Looking forward of having my next visit ..

Vegetarian options: I love veggies esp at my age..I eat healthy food plus healthy living which means long and happy life..God is good I met those wonderful and amazing staff. I already recommend Edo to my friends.“

I got a plate with the choice of two main dishes with rice or noodles and an eggroll.Such tasty food, I tried breaded pork, and beef and broccoli along with noodles and veg. Omg I just found out about this place after 6 plus years of looking for good Chinese food In Vic. Will be my go to place for Chinese food now“

“We decided to give this location another shot after staying away for a few years due to past disappointments — and we’re so glad we did! Right from the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a friendly cashier who took our order. We dined in, and the owner personally brought our food to the table — a great touch. The flavour was absolutely spot on, and the portion sizes were generous. The restaurant was also very clean. Under the new ownership, this place has really turned around. Highly recommend giving it a try — we’ll definitely be back!“

“Pad thai was good considering the price. For less than $20, get a full meal.

Interior was cool, staff were friendly. The water fountain with the rocks was pretty asian. This location much better than the Vancouver Noodle box.

Also the mild spice is just black pepper (not spicy at all).

I would be skeptical about the 1 star ratings below. Not sure who are the weirdos who are feeding this to their toddler or wondering why there's no fresh mango: this place is fast food for under $20, not a 5 star restaurant🤦‍♀️.
