“Overall experience here was great! The food was super fresh, customer service was on point as expected and the atmosphere was incredibly lively. There’s so much happening here which can get a bit overwhelming, especially with all of the clashing sounds. You’ve got the main music, birthday celebrations with tambourines and the hand pulled noodle guy that walks around with his own speaker! On top of that, it’s also incredibly busy. The only thing that genuinely made my table uncomfortable was the noodle guy. He came to our table and hit our friend in the face and head with the noodle multiple times. At first it was funny, but as it kept going we got increasingly more uncomfortable. He hit all 3 of us in the faces and the entire experience made us feel really weird. Other than that, everything else was great. The waiting area is super spacious and they have lots to do to keep you distracted and busy while you wait!“

Foods are great, and the staffs, like Emma, are so kind and nice, even noticing me coming back.
I love the way it feels like home coming to this establishment.

“After discovering this place, we have visited 5x in 2 weeks. Amazing pay-by weight hot pot place with extremely high quality broth. It is not too busy and the servers are so attentive/friendly. The broths are very flavourful, the Tom yum and fish maw chicken are our favorites. Their Taiwanese chicken nuggets and golden buns are also delicious. They do not charge extra for take out containers in case you cannot finish your food, which is a plus!

Tip: come before 5pm for their lunch special. You get so much food for the price, comes with choice of drink and dessert. The appies are also $3 off with the lunch special.“

“Place is great, has a huge selection of items for the hotpot, and a variety of soups. Also a nice selection of sauces to choose from.

One thing to note however is that the soup can be a bit inconsistent, as one of our orders came with very little soup. Just a small issue which they rectified, but it was a little frustrating getting the attention of the staff, of whom are rushing everywhere all the time.

Otherwise, I think it was still alright. It came with a complimentary drink (I think it’s a special for when we were there) and an ice cream!“

“Me and my family came during peak hours, so we expected a long wait, but the food came out super fast! Really impressed with how well they handled the rush. The staff were friendly and efficient, and all the pots were delicious. Highly recommend their new broth which is Sauerkraut. y’all love it if you like spicy and sour.“

“The lamb and beef were both fresh and delicious. I dare say it's one of the best tasting lamb I've ever had. The service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean and spacious. Decor was beautiful. Price was fair for the quality. I look forward to visiting again in the future!“

“First time, wasn’t horrible, wont ever eat Beef Tongue.. not my thing… Very helpful staff, they did help me choose what to try. Chicken wings are delicious.. and it’s the entire wing :) I wouldn’t eat here again, but that’s cause I wasn’t a fan of the items… try it out :)“

“A brand new experience of hotpot. Non-oily soup base of pork bone is fantastic by itself. All the ingredients were so fresh, range from seafood to handmade meatballs! Fish maw is tasty and has a unique texture.

scallop is the best of the best. The shell is almost face size. Steamed with garlics and poured with hot oil on top of it.

“This location has no line up and not crowded at all unlike the metrotown location. Always love the vibe of having BP with friends and family especially after hiking or snowboarding. The best comfort and warm food you can get around that area after dark.“
