8 Best Sushi Bars near West Vancouver

“The food here was really amazing. We ordered the special roll combo, and everything tasted great. I’m vegetarian, and they still had excellent options that didn’t compromise on flavor. The salad that comes with the combo was surprisingly delicious too.

The only issue we had was that the server cleared our salad bowls without asking. I had already finished mine, but my friend still wanted to eat hers later with the sushi when it arrived. Since my empty bowl was stacked over her half-full one, the server took both, and we were too shy to say anything at the moment. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it did affect the experience a bit.

Other than that, the atmosphere was great, the portions were solid, and for the price, it’s definitely worth the money. Overall, a really good spot we’d come back to.“

“We almost didn't go in, because there were all these negative reviews about sushi. That sushi place is not there now.

Loong's serves above average Chinese food. I'm no expert, but I enjoyed it. We had the noodles with XO sauce (they subbed chicken for pork), and the Sweet & Sour Pork.

They deserve 5 stars, to balance off the irrelevant reviews for the former sushi place, that used to be at this address (get your act together, Google).“

“We got takeout on the way to the ferry. The online ordering process was so easy and very much appreciated. The food we got was INCREDIBLE! My mom and I loved it! Our favorite dishes were, the Mad Salmon Roll, Salmon Avo Don bowl and the Spicy Yam Roll. They were AMAZING!!! So glad we stopped here, absolutely incredible food!!“

“Me and boyfriend wanted to celebrate my citizenship ceremony. We were thinking of going to this place long time ago together as I went with my friends before. This was my second time and I really love their fried chicken and fries combo! They are very fresh and crispy. All the foods we ordered was good but highlight of this meal is definitely fried chicken. Thank you so much Ssal we had very nice meal“

“I love this restaurant since they were in North Vancouver. Now in West Vancouver is more convenient for us, we usually go together as a family. Let me recommend the dishes that we have tried: Beef teriyaki bowl ( by far the best that we have tasted in Vancouver), Spicy Don, Aburi sushi, and most of the maki’s sushi. The service is so friendly, the atmosphere is great and the new restaurant building is so fancy. Regarding pricing is fair enough for the quality of the food.“
