Rim rock cafe did not disappoint oh my word… best OYSTERS I’ve had in a long time. Their MIGNONETTE, vinegar and shallots. Then I had the CEVICHE

I regret that I didn't get our servers name, but she was wonderful. We dined at RimRock on Friday, May 02, 2025 at 6pm. Every employee was wonderful, friendly and welcoming. She was perfectly attentive! They refilled your waters every time they saw them empty. I ordered the 3 course meal: seafood antipasto, wild salmon and chocolate ganach cake.
