20 New Slim Chickens Locations Coming Soon

Slim Chickens is expanding Southeast. The Arkansas-based chicken restaurant is opening 20 new spots in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.

This chicken chain has over 270 locations in the U.S. and the U.K. where you can eat in or use the drive-through. Now, they plan to open 70 new restaurants just in 2024.

"Slims has the winning formula, appealing to both families and busy professionals with its diverse menu, endless sauce offerings, and intentional customer service rooted in its commitment to southern hospitality," said one of their restaurant operators.

Slim Chickens says they focus on fresh food. They use real, all-natural chicken breast for their sandwiches. According to The Bay Net, "The exponential growth and popularity of Slim Chickens comes from their commitment to using fresh, never-frozen chicken that is hand-breaded and made to order."

The first new location is set to open in Warner Robins, GA, around late July or early August. After that, watch for Slim Chickens appearing in places like Asheville, NC, Greenville, SC, and a few cities in Georgia.

Seems like the chain won’t stop on Southeast either - they have plans for new restaurants across the U.S. and even in Europe and Asia.

Slim Chickens is known for their chicken tenders, wings, sandwiches, salads, and wraps. For something different, try the chicken and waffles for breakfast or the buffalo tender mac bowl for dinner. The chain has sides like fried pickles and okra and is known for having many sauce options.

They also offer desserts like chocolate brownie pudding, Oreo cheesecake, and strawberry cheesecake. They serve them in jars (and yes, you can keep the jar), and if you prefer to drink your dessert, they have milkshakes as well.
