"Aloha Spirit" Spreads as Hawaiian Bros Sign New Franchise Deals

The "Aloha Spirit" is coming to more locations across the mainland U.S. Hawaiian Bros, the fast-casual restaurant chain dishing up island-inspired eats, has signed three major multi-unit franchise deals to open more restaurants. The new agreements will add lots of new Hawaiian Bros locations in markets like Portland, Nashville, and Las Vegas over the coming years.

In Portland, restaurant veterans Joe, Alex, and Lauren Karcher of JCK Ohana will open five new Hawaiian Bros locations through their company which also operates 60 Carl's Jr. restaurants and other brands like Jersey Mike's. "We can't wait for our community to fall in love with the food like we have," the Karchers shared.

Across Tennessee, the experienced team at Sequoyah Hospitality inked a deal to develop 18 Hawaiian Bros spanning Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and surrounding areas. Sequoyah's Jim Richards highlighted Hawaiian Bros' "unique" and "operationally efficient" concept as a key draw.

And longtime restaurateur Edith Diaz of Rock Hawaiian secured rights to five locations coming to the North Las Vegas metro area, bringing the Hawaiian Bros vibe to the neon-lit desert landscape.

With its tropical style, tasty food, and growing number of locations, Hawaiian Bros is heating things up as it brings island flavors to mainland markets. The recent multi-unit franchise agreements mark a major wave of expansion for the on-the-rise brand.
