“I can't say enough great things about Ernesto, the manager at Houston Hot Chicken in Fresno! Every single time I come in, he makes the experience amazing from start to finish. The moment you walk through the door, he welcomes you with such a genuine smile and positive attitude that you instantly feel appreciated as a customer.What really sets Ernesto apart is how much he cares. Even when the restaurant is busy, he takes the time to come by our table and check on us to make sure everything is perfect and that we're enjoying our meal. That level of customer service is so rare to find these days. He's incredibly outgoing, professional, and one of the hardest-working managers I've ever seen. No matter how packed the restaurant gets, he stays calm, organized, and keeps everything running smoothly without ever making customers feel like they're being rushed or ignored. You can tell he truly leads by example and cares about both his team and every person who walks through the doors.
Because of Ernesto, Houston Hot Chicken has become one of my favorite places to eat. Great food is important, but exceptional customer service is what keeps people coming back, and Ernesto delivers that every single time. Houston Hot Chicken is lucky to have him as a manager. He deserves all the recognition for the outstanding job he does!“

“This food was so so so good, everyone this food was crispy, hot and DELICIOUS!! @ 8:30pm I ordered the classic sandwich and the mozzerella stix. My boyfriend ordered the lemon pepper wings and the jalapeno peppers. My son ordered the 3 pc. chicken fingers and mac and cheese. I could cry it's so good and we almost blew our money at Raisin Cane's for some baby chicken bites and soggy fries. This was a gourmet 5 star chicken meal > everywhere else 💕Thank you Chicken Spot!“

When my combo sandwich was prepared early Alex promptly brought it to me although the rest of meals were not ready yet but didn’t want my meal to get cold. Great place to eat with music and great service. Bathrooms were clean and paper towels stocked.“

The veggies were super fresh and the sauces were sooo good! It’s in the outskirts of Fresno, so it’s easy to miss, but it’s worth visiting! I will def be back! (:“

“My first time trying this establishment and it wasn't disappointing. I enjoyed the crunchy chicken taco and the queso was very tasty. I look forward to my next visit. Also I wanna thank the general manager, she was extremely nice and helpful. To often I find service jobs occupied by individuals who dont like interacting with people. This was not the case here, I didn't get her name but Great job!“

“The drive through line is confusing as heck. It's like the mall parking lot and the line at the DMV had a fast food child.

Food and service were both great. Love the peach milkshake. And the line does move quick for how long it gets. Would recomend.“

““Jetaya had amazing customer service! She made us laugh and went above and beyond. We asked if the lemonade was actually freshly squeezed, and she told us that if you come in around 8am, you can actually see them squeezing the lemons. I joked that I almost choked on the pulp because of how fresh it was, and she laughed and said, ‘See, I told you it was fresh!’ 😂 She was so friendly and made our experience really fun and memorable. Definitely great customer service!” It was my dads first time at Caine and he loved the experience he was the one joking about the lemonade being fresh or not were from Los Angeles and coming to Caine Yosemite was a great experience for him thank you for that!!“

“Yes, but I wish everytime we order drive thru we have to repeat order or keep saying without something or with Avacado, they suggested another item like double chicken tostada salad but I just want regular size one with just adding Avocado. I wish beans were not spicy. I can't eat spicy food. They put beans and rice in salad. I do love beans but without chiles....“

“Such good Chicken for amazing prices!! The food is always so juicy and tender and the flavor is so good. The chicken isn’t super oily either which I really like. Also the staff is the sweetest ever!! I love this place it’s the best for the days you just don’t want to cook but want a nice priced good meal!“
