“I can't say enough great things about Ernesto, the manager at Houston Hot Chicken in Fresno! Every single time I come in, he makes the experience amazing from start to finish. The moment you walk through the door, he welcomes you with such a genuine smile and positive attitude that you instantly feel appreciated as a customer.What really sets Ernesto apart is how much he cares. Even when the restaurant is busy, he takes the time to come by our table and check on us to make sure everything is perfect and that we're enjoying our meal. Because of Ernesto, Houston Hot Chicken has become one of my favorite places to eat. Great food is important, but exceptional customer service is what keeps people coming back, and Ernesto delivers that every single time. Houston Hot Chicken is lucky to have him as a manager. “Got a chicken sandwich forget the name but it was topped with a coleslaw and mildly hot. If your looking for spicy go with a higher level then mild. Food was filling , good real chicken didn't taste like it came out of a cheap bulk frozen bag. Well worth eating. The prices are average when comparing to anywhere else !“

“The employee who helped us, Lorenzo, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. He made the experience welcoming and enjoyable. When my kid ordered a soda (for the first time!) he shared a quick, funny story about his own experience as a kid that made us all smile. It was such a genuine interaction and really made our visit memorable. Excellent customer service!“

“Came here from a recommendation I found online and I was not disappointed at all! The food was super tasty. The chicken and lamb were flavorful and juicy! The veggies were super fresh and the sauces were sooo good! It’s in the outskirts of Fresno, so it’s easy to miss, but it’s worth visiting! I will def be back! (:“

“Brad took our order and enthusiastic greeted our group and took our order. When my combo sandwich was prepared early Alex promptly brought it to me although the rest of meals were not ready yet but didn’t want my meal to get cold. Great place to eat with music and great service. Bathrooms were clean and paper towels stocked.“

“My first time trying this establishment and it wasn't disappointing. I enjoyed the crunchy chicken taco and the queso was very tasty. I look forward to my next visit. Also I wanna thank the general manager, she was extremely nice and helpful. To often I find service jobs occupied by individuals who dont like interacting with people. “The drive through line is confusing as heck. It's like the mall parking lot and the line at the DMV had a fast food child.

Food and service were both great. Love the peach milkshake. And the line does move quick for how long it gets. Would recomend.“

“The big box feeds me and my husband and we fet full. The raisin cane sauce is so addictive i could put that on everything.. i come here for a lil diner date just me n the hub and noooo kids ;) its perfect for a not enough time in the day date place 😌“

“I had this for the first time. I went in thinking it was just another chicken joint. My wife got the mild chicken mac and cheese. I ordered the hot chicken tender and sandwich because if she is getting the mild, I can handle the hot. The chicken was good, but that was the hottest hot I've had for my chicken in a while. I was in tears and sweating it was hot. Not bad because the spice didn't take away from the chicken flavor. I have to say that it was the best blend of spice and chicken. Really good the price may seem a bit high but the quality of what you are paying for makes up for it. Needless to say, ordering just the mild spiciness will be in my future.“

“Yes, but I wish everytime we order drive thru we have to repeat order or keep saying without something or with Avacado, they suggested another item like double chicken tostada salad but I just want regular size one with just adding Avocado. I wish beans were not spicy. I can't eat spicy food. They put beans and rice in salad. I do love beans but without chiles....“
