“Came in soon as they opened on a Saturday. First time here. Food was great I had the chile verde omelette and country potatoes. My mom and I both agreed the potatoes reminded us of my grandma very crispy with soft inside and not over salted. Our server Hector was very nice and attentive. 10/10 would recommend and come back.“

Service was absolutely fantastic our server Alyssa was very tentative to our entire table, she had such a great personality and she made sure we were well taken care of the entire time as far as drink refills and checking in on us. “I love the outdoor patio seating. There is a huge fountain in the center of the patio, large plants all around, and it has a ‘Paris Cafe’ feel. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the food arrives quickly and hot. The food presentation looks like it came from a travel magazine. The food is reasonably priced, for the amount of food that you get. The food is delicious every time. Everything on the menu is delicious! I would highly recommend the Breakfast House. They make the best Belgian waffles in town and they use fresh strawberries, whipped cream and cinnamon sugar dust! The bacon is crispy and savory and the eggs are fluffy and rich. The crepe eggs Florentine were delicious as well! They also have a full bar, so you can enjoy a mimosa with your brunch!“

“This In-N-Out location on West Shaw is consistently excellent. I come here pretty regularly since I travel through this area often, and it’s exactly what you want from an In-N-Out experience.

Like most In-N-Outs, timing matters. The best times to go are either right when they open or later at night during the week. Dinner rushes, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, can get very busy. Parking becomes more difficult, and the drive-thru line can easily turn into a 15–20 minute wait. That said, the food is always fresh, and the consistency makes it worth it.

The burgers, fries, and shakes are exactly what you’d expect from In-N-Out. Fresh ingredients, good quality, and made to order. Don’t forget to ask for peppers and extra spread packets at the drive-thru because they make everything even better.

One thing that consistently stands out is the customer service. The employees here are always friendly, efficient, and professional, even when the place is packed.

I’ve been to probably 30 different In-N-Out locations across California over the years, and this one absolutely lives up to the brand’s reputation. Consistently good food, consistently good service, and overall just a dependable spot. I’m glad this location is close by.“
