First off the customer service 10/10 as soon as we walked in got greeted by Clinton who is excellent such a gentleman and amazing customer service, we got seated rite away then got our server Sarah who as well was excellent so sweet huge smile and was beyond kind she is a true example of a waitress 10/10 . The room was beautiful also the bar , we always had our water refilled they take care of there guests you feel Iike a true king . Then Lilly 10/10 as she’s walking around making sure our waters are filled and if we need anything els , she as well so sweet and kind everyone here was perfect and I mean it my family and I absolutely love the whole experience this will be our place now I’m already booking out next visit in April , and last the food WOW so good the from the prime rib to the appetizers , perfect portion of sides .Thank you so much for the best experience we’ve had in a Fresno Restaurant by far .“

“We came by on a Sunday afternoon after seeing this place highlighted on ABC30 and it did not disappoint. The food was a home cooked meal I didn’t have to cook. The fish tacos were incredible and my son said it was the best chicken sandwich he’s ever had. The chef was taking orders, cooking and serving. Definitely worth your time if you are looking for a place that has something for everyone.“

“Colorado Grill is the best burger joint for under 20 dollars. Can’t go wrong with a boulder with cheddar. I’d take it over any sit down outside of maybe house of juju in Clovis, but even that’s a toss up depending on the day. CG always has the nicest employees who seem to genuinely care. “I love the outdoor patio seating. There is a huge fountain in the center of the patio, large plants all around, and it has a ‘Paris Cafe’ feel. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the food arrives quickly and hot. The food presentation looks like it came from a travel magazine. I would describe it as a Mexican poke with a twist, you can pick from many different bases( rice, salad potatoes etc) proteins and toppings, you can definitely mix and match as many flavors as you'd like and I promise you will be full. It is such a great and healthy alternative I'm definitely rating this one as a top five⭐ I forgot to mention that the aguas frescas was the bomb, it's a little bit sweeter than street Aguas frescas but man that balance of sweetness did NOT disappoint, more people need to know about this place????“

Place was busy and parking not too hard to find.Nestled in a mostly-rundown area of DTF is this hole-in-the-wall establishment that serves American (and a few Mexican) plates, Chinese and Japanese plates and soup. A very unusual combination, but it works well here because the place was consistently busy while we ate.Someone comes by and quickly asks what you need and promptly brings you the food. I had their huevos con chorizo plate with pancakes on the side. You can immediately taste the oil from the griddle they've had for the last 15 years. The grease is so prominent and delicious AF! Looking at the cooks, they are very efficient because they have a tray with plates ready to be served.Overall, such a unique place. The prices are very low for the deliciousness you get. Cash only! All walks of life come here and I highly recommend you come as well!“

The burgers are like homemade. The owner (Ray) seasons the hamburgers before he creates the Patties. Amber, who works the counter, is very professional and friendly. Honestly, one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. The burger was so big I couldn’t finish it. The seasoned fries are also delicious.
