“I can't say enough great things about Ernesto, the manager at Houston Hot Chicken in Fresno! Every single time I come in, he makes the experience amazing from start to finish. The moment you walk through the door, he welcomes you with such a genuine smile and positive attitude that you instantly feel appreciated as a customer.What really sets Ernesto apart is how much he cares. Even when the restaurant is busy, he takes the time to come by our table and check on us to make sure everything is perfect and that we're enjoying our meal. That level of customer service is so rare to find these days. He's incredibly outgoing, professional, and one of the hardest-working managers I've ever seen. No matter how packed the restaurant gets, he stays calm, organized, and keeps everything running smoothly without ever making customers feel like they're being rushed or ignored. You can tell he truly leads by example and cares about both his team and every person who walks through the doors.
Because of Ernesto, Houston Hot Chicken has become one of my favorite places to eat. “Well after all the reviews i finally tried this chicken. First this store was very clean and well managed. I bought a three piece meal it came with a wing, two thighs a honey biscuit with mashed potatoes and gravy for $ 9,99. It tasted better that KFC and the pieces of chicken were bigger and not fried too hard like at Popeyes. The chicken was perfectly cooked with a slight hint of red pepper spice but not over bearing. It was perfect. The regular sides are larger than KFC or Popeyes and the honey biscuit was delicious. I am a fan and will be going back soon , It was perfectly cooked and had bigger pieces of chicken. Not at all too greasy. Located in the City of Fresno next to the gas station on First and Gettysburg Avenues“

“The drive through line is confusing as heck. It's like the mall parking lot and the line at the DMV had a fast food child.

Food and service were both great. Love the peach milkshake. And the line does move quick for how long it gets. Would recomend.“

“Freshly made highly flavored chicken bone in or the ever so amazingly tasting tenders with some jojo's makes coming here to an almost to busy but controlled environment clean store and not the worst cashiers in Fresno at least they do crack a smile for you. Tel, the truth it's quite like a family environment. I don't know what else to say other than go down there and give it a shot the food will be worth it. Have a good one!!!“

“Such good Chicken for amazing prices!! The food is always so juicy and tender and the flavor is so good. The chicken isn’t super oily either which I really like. Also the staff is the sweetest ever!! I love this place it’s the best for the days you just don’t want to cook but want a nice priced good meal!“

“The grilled chicken from this taco truck was really good and definitely worth trying. The chicken was cooked perfectly and had a great grilled flavor. The seasoning was on point and gave every bite plenty of flavor. The sauce was absolutely delicious and paired really well with the chicken. The portion size was also very generous, especially for the price. Overall, we really enjoyed the food and were impressed with both the flavor and the amount of chicken we got. We will definitely be coming back for more chicken in the future!“
