“The lightest, buttery moist scones. They also had hamburgers and salads that looked were very generous portions. All was freshly made. The silverware was REAL silverware.“

“I eat a lot of Mexican food and this was genuinely one of the best Mexican meals I have ever eaten. Everything completely fresh and scratch made from the chips to the tortillas to the sauces. So flavorful and authentic. Just visiting the Santa Barbara area for a few days but would be a regular here if I lived closer. Definitely a must-try even with the abundance of Mexican options around.“

“I stopped by Chad’s in Santa Barbara, California, for breakfast. The line was pretty long when I arrived, but surprisingly, I was seated within about 10 minutes.

I ordered the steak and eggs, which came with tater tots and pancakes. The steak was flavorful, and the eggs were cooked exactly the way I asked. But I have to give a special shout out to the tater tots, they were amazing! They honestly reminded me of my childhood.

I also tried the corned beef hash, which came with potatoes, eggs, and pancakes. The corned beef was pretty good and, most importantly, wasn’t overly salty. The portion sizes for both meals were decent, and there was plenty of food.

The customer service was great, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. On top of that, you get a nice ocean view while you eat, which makes the experience even better.

Overall, I really enjoyed Chad’s. Good food, great customer service, decent portions, a clean restaurant, and a beautiful ocean view. I would absolutely return!“

“Very rarely do we go anywhere to eat and we are both pleased. He ordered a mushroom spinach omelet with chicken, and i had the Dubai pancake combo, with my eggs scrambled well done and my bacon extra crispy. This is usually where my order goes south. Not today! Everything was amazing! Those pancakes were so delicious! Oh, I guess his omelet was the best ever!!“
