“These are the very best plant-based burgers I've ever eaten, and I've been eating them for a very long time! The restaurant is spotless clean, the staff is friendly and warm, and the vegan food offerings just can't be beat. Fresh, colorful, healthy and nutritions. Grab a dozen or so of your closest friends and do lunch that will be unforgettable and worth the price!“

I really wanted to commend the staff working. They are so nice and worked together to keep the lobby clean after a rush. Sasha took my order and was very respectful and super sweet. I didnt wait on my order too long. The food was fresh and delicious as always. Hope the management or owner can appreciate their staff in some way soon, they are doing an amazing job.“

“Where do I even start? I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but my recent experience at the Lincoln In-N-Out was phenomenal thanks to their manager, Michel.

We’re regulars at this location. It’s the one fast-food place I never feel guilty about taking my kids to, and as a sports mom, we’re usually here at least once a week!

On this particular visit, I could tell the cashier was probably new. She had a few stumbles while taking our order, but she stayed positive and got everything entered. When I received our food, I noticed a couple of items had been rung up incorrectly. I let the team know, and they immediately made it right.

Even after fixing the order, there were still a couple of small items that weren’t quite correct on a different receipt, but I told them it was no big deal because we would still eat those as is. As we were finishing our meal, the manager, Michel, came over and surprised us with a complimentary meal card for the inconvenience; which honestly wasn’t necessary because they had already taken such great care of us.

Michel took the time to talk with us, was genuinely kind, and made us feel valued as customers. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it’s exactly what every restaurant should strive for. You could tell her team follows her example, and it was refreshing to see such strong leadership in action.

“Chicken fingers are great! The potatoes and toast are soggy like they are steamed, the “cold”slaw is hot from being crammed into a small box with hot food. I will never buy any side dishes again.“

“I have breakfast here every Monday,Wednesday, and Friday. The morning crew is so friendly. Lupe is great .. always having the biggest smile, always remembering my usual order. The dinning room is spotless thanks to Rafi.. always cleaning top to bottom with a smile. I can't leave out Nat and Cheyenne along with a few others on morning shift that continue to be the reason Wendy's 11197 will be my favorite morning spot.“

“I was scared to try this the first time since it is in a gas station. But WoW! Very tasty. The potato wedges are tasty. The honey mustard and ranch sauces are my faves. Oh, lets not forget their buscuits. It's a heavenly buttery buscuit that we all love. I isually get one of the extra ones after everyone gets one. I have picked up chicken here many times since then. Never disapointed. Though they didn't have enough chicken made to fill my order (would be about 20+ minutes for the next batch to be ready) so i "settled" for the Cajun chicken strips. Once I had finished my order and pulled forward to go pay for my order, the drive-thru young lady Zoey had asked me how my morning was going and was smiling at me, this is something you don’t see that often anymore. “I normally love the chicken but the chicken and the creamy quesadilla were both a little dry this time. Customer service was great! Very friendly staff. My mom is in a wheelchair and there's some places that we can feel she is being judged but it was a very relaxing environment. Somone cleaning the lobby asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. Gentleman at the counter was helpful. He had an interesting name that started with the letter O? “Clean bakers! my kids and I occasionally like to have lunch or dinner at baker’s. We highly recommend the raspberry iced tea with a strawberry shot! One thing we don’t like about dining in is the kiosk. I feel like there’s some options that are missing, like adding a strawberry shot to your drink. 🙂
Prices are high! So we don’t come and eat here very often only when we’re craving a bean and cheese burrito or a green sauce chicken quesadilla.“
