“I had an excellent cheese burger while my wife had pastrami. The counter asked my spice level and I went mild. Next time, I would let them 'spice it up' a bit.

Ordered the included crinkle fries 'extra crispy' which the kitchen.

Restroom is outside (which seemed a little odd) but it is modern and clean.”

“Excellent place to stay! The cabins and yurt were perfect for our group. The food was great and you get a lot for the cost. Would highly recommend hiker spend a day or two here before heading north. Showers, laundry, package pick up and they send, rides and much more! Awesome owners!!”

“I’m a big fan of Desert Brew! Their coffee is my favorite, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. The owners are usually around too, which is great if you ever have questions. I even grab their beans to make at home. It’s a cute, cozy spot with a little outdoor seating area—perfect for hanging out.”

“Best place in ridgecrest hands down! The atmosphere when you walk through the door was one of a very chill happy place. Good music but not loud, lighting was great not super bright but not so dim you need your phone to see the menu! Then the food!! Great portion sizes, and the flavor, let’s talk about the flavor!! Not many places here use spices much. This place knows how to make food with flavor!! The jerk chicken plate with juicy pieces of well cooked (not over cooked) chicken, spiced to perfection! And the jasmine rice was made so perfectly. Fluffy, delicious rice. The jerk chicken tacos were so good and just enough creama to keep the spice level from being too much, for those that aren’t comfortable with too much heat. Even the burger was fresh ground beef and soft, not stale, bun. If you haven’t been here you have to give it a try. The owners are so sweet and personable. You’ll love it here the pictures were after we ate and were full I thought to take a photo!!”

“My wife and I ate here while visiting Ridgecrest, and we were very impressed. The location is small, but don't let that fool you—the food is excellent. Everything we ordered was very good.\n\nOne critical thing to know before you go: They are CASH ONLY. There is no ATM on-site, so you need to make sure you come prepared or you'll have to leave to find money.\n\nAs for the meal, the portion sizes were perfect—not too much, just enough to leave satisfied without feeling overstuffed. We would definitely eat here again the next time we are in town. Highly recommended!”

I was happy that they kept most of the nut toppings together, and more or less separate from everything else. the lines were long but they went fast. the customer service was great as well!! The bowls were big enough to share with someone on a little ice cream date. 10/10 would recommend!”
