“Blue Maki is definitely our go-to spot for sushi in Palmdale! The location is super convenient, and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. We love bringing the kids, and they always enjoy their favorite Tonkotsu Ramen with extra noodles to share. Whether you're craving sushi or ramen, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!“

“What a wonderful gem here in Lancaster! My family and I were in town for a week, this place was recommended to us by our hotel. Complexity did not disappoint. We were lucky enough to have Dan, the owner wait on us. Dan recommended some amazing dishes and wines for my family. I have a friend that lives locally in Lancaster and she loves Complexity also. I can't wait to go back here next time I am in town. I recommend the Cali-Grilled Cheese sandwich- yummy!!!
Parking: super easy parking- plenty of spots.
