“The food and service were good. Not amazing but decent. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the food was good. Have i had better, yes but was it good enough to go back again, sure. The drinks were good except I specifically requested a margarita on the rocks no salt and it came with salt and it was very light on the tequila. It definitely should have been a little stronger. The restaurant is nicely decorated with the beautiful metal star lamps hanging all over the restaurant giving this warm welcoming glow that is very inviting.“

“Our food was excellent. Brother had prawns in a spicy ranchero sauce he ate every bite said it was addicting! I had a chicken chimichanga the chicken was super fresh and yummy the rice was outstanding! My husband had the chili relenos combo he lived every bite! Great Mexican food!!“

“Their pupusas are authentic just like the Mission in SF. Everything from the rice & beans to the curtido & salsa is amazing. We order takeout often and it’s always easy to order over the phone. They have a parking lot for easy parking and an adorable outdoor patio to eat in the back. You will not be disappointed if you try them out!“

“I got a two tamale plate and side salad came with avocado?! amazing perk and my partner got a chorizo breakfast burrito, chorizo was not greasy at all and they were both amazing!! Really great prices and super friendly folk. 10/10 I would eat here again“

“I’ve been a huge El Pollo Loco fan for decades, and was excited to see this one open up last year. Great food, great people, and a healthy quick meal!“
“Everytime we go, I get the chicken fried steak and my hubby gets the special or something else on the menu he hasn't tried and we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their food!!! My hubby said Two Niner Diner was one of five places that he likes!!!“

Their chicken is amazing! It tastes so good!!! It has the perfect amount of herbs, spices and smokey flavor! We paired it with mex rice, refried beans and fresh homemade tortillas that are out of this world delicious!!!

“Most dishes are from the region Jalisco, Mexico. I'm not familiar with that region but the flavors were more subtle and complex than the typical Mexican tacos I've had.
The chicken flautas is excellent. I liked the shrimp taco and al pastor. The pescado was my least favorite - it lacked texture.“
