“honestly, this place totally saved my afternoon. i was starving after a long hike and everyone was hangry, but the food came out fast and hit the spot perfectly. the bulgogi bowl was super flavorful and the portions were bigger than i expected, which is always a win. my friend got the kimchi fries and i definately stole a few bcause they were that good.

the only thing is the patio seating gets a bit cramped when its busy, but we still managed to find a spot. thanks.”

The frozen Greek yogurt is so addictive, I've literally dreamed about it, lol. The prices are super reasonable too. It's become my favorite place when I don't feel like cooking because I refuse to do fastfood anymore. Can't say enough good about this place, I love, love , LOVE it!”

We tried three chicken tacos and three steak tacos and the fresh tortillas were absolutely outstanding. The food quality was very good! The service at the counter was really good. Staff are polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Beware this place is absolutely packed and a bit of a madhouse because of all the customers but I think that’s part of the charm!! I highly recommend this tiny niche in a shopping mall for some authentic Mexican flavor.👏🏻🌶”

The fact that there are password-protected Wi-Fi networks for the restaurant showing up on my iPhone is not helping. I could barely access my YouTube app and look at videos to drown so much out. Aside from that, there have been other unique dining experiences here, and I'm willing to recommend it. I just needed to get that negative experience off my chest. I'm sharing it with my therapist as well.”

If you have never had mahi mahi, I HIGHLY recommend it. Mahi Mahi is a mild, flaky, white meat fish. It’s from the tropics and, to date, is only wild caught. If you like halibut, you’ll like mahi mahi. I prefer it with the garlic butter as I really want to taste the delicate flavor of the fish. Don’t miss this local Visalia, CA eatery. I hadn’t been back to Visalia in about 15 years, and wow, both the town and this restaurant have really grown and improved. The food was great, the service was friendly, and everything was clean and well maintained. It was also nice to see they still have the classic cars out on Saturday night. Seeing that tradition continue brought back a lot of good memories. Glad to see this place is still going strong after all these years. Highly recommend!”

The bean dip, salsa, and chips were a great way to kick off the meal. The chicken enchiladas were so tender they practically melted in your mouth. Even the beans and rice were amazing, sometimes those sides are an afterthought, but not here!

One of our dishes came with a slaw, pineapple, and salad mix that was something new for me. It was fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to cool down after a few bites of a spicier dish.

We don't get this type of Mexican food where we live, so whenever we're in California, we make sure to enjoy it while we can. Chapala Grill did not disappoint. Great food, great service, and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. A+++”

She made it perfectly, 1/3 sweet and with a Triple Shot. I ordered the Amazing Grace (White Chocolate, Vanilla, and Lavender) topped with Amazing Grace Cold Foam. Omg, it is so delicious. “We had brunch at The Ranch for our first visit. It has been beautifully remodeled and very cool! There is a main restaurant area, bar area & fireside room to watch the action in the kitchen. Not a large restaurant so I would highly recommend making a reservation. The service was very good! We shared the Pho Ranch Dip. It is an Asian flair on a French dip and best I can recall in a long time. We also loved the French fries. We were on our way to visit friends so it was a lite lunch but very delicious!! Can't wait to go back and experience more! Highly recommend!”
