May 13, 2025 So Me & my daughter came here for dinner at 7:45 pm & there was only one woman working (cleaning & organizing) & she was making everything look good! So we both got combos. I got the #1 combo Large & she had gotten the #13 Medium combo with a Large drink. The sandwiches were great & she had made them fresh & so delicious & with whatever we wanted on them. She had laughed because I had wanted a lemon & lime drink (Sprite or Starry) or whatever she had in the soda machine 😂 & she thought it was funny & I did too but she was very nice & she made our night & we really did appreciate it!!! “The place is kinda outdated, pictures on the wall show that it was relevant once upon a time 40 years ago or something and then just kind of limped along since then. The prices are a bit high, and the toppings are kind of limited, but what they do have is pretty good.“

“MONICA, this 5 star review is for you! I walked in today to pick up a DoorDash order and the employee had me fill the drink. When I realized there wasn’t any ice, I asked another employee (“M”) if there was any ice for the customers soda. He said no. I asked if it could be replaced with a cold drink from the cooler. He said no, it’s against policy. I told him I wasn’t okay taking a warm soda to the customer. I looked at the address and could see I was delivering to her work. He shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to the manager. He went through the back doors and came back out not saying anything to me. In the meantime, MONICA who appeared to be trying to take a lunch at a table eating her sandwich got up and said she would go get some ice. I asked “M” if a manager was coming. He said, “She’s busy.” I said, “Can you please let her know I need to speak with her?” He went back to the doors and out came the manager. She explained their ice machine is broken. I explained I understand that, but to take OUR customer a warm soda is such a poor customer service. I said it should be replaced with a cold drink from the cooler in this case. I told her “M” was absolutely no help and “this poor girl trying to have some lunch got up from eating and is taking care of the problem.” At this time MONICA came in with some ice in which she came straight to me and I filled the customers cup with ice. So, MONICA, thank YOU for providing excellent customer service. I hope one day you’re a manager somewhere because you’ve got “it” and I appreciate you so much.“

“My wife and I went shopping at the mall in Visalia and were starving so we stopped in the food court to eat. We were a bit early but a young man by the name of Andrew at Charlie’s Cheese Steak was more than happy to open up a few minutes early to prepare our food. Not only was he polite and professional but he gave great service and went out of his way to accommodate us and prepare our food!!!!

“One of the most clean, well maintained and courteous subway locations I have been to in years!!!

The staff were extremely patient. They had a generous hand to adding the veggies and meat accordingly.

“This Subway is THE Subway I always order sandwiches from! It is located inside of the Shell Station, the entire store is spacious, open and very very clean! To the left is Subway.Before the "panini" wreaked havoc all around, there were tables and chairs, where you could sit and enjoy your food in a calm low-volume atmosphere.The customer service is amazing! The employees are so kind and friendly and I'm going to assume with a smile on their face. I've never once had an employee try to rush, get short with me, not once in 13 years!The food prep and service areas are always spotless and tidy. The employees wear masks, practice safe food handling and contact procedures at all times. Everything gets cleaned in between customers, register and all.The food is always fresh...no creepy tomato slices, soggy lettuce, or slimy questionable onions to be seen! The young girl that made my sandwiches was so sweet and took such care to make my sandwiches exactly how I wanted them!
