“My daughter loves to bake and decorate and we are so glad to have found the Flower Hill Cookie Factory! Lisa, Laurie, and Hailey could not have made us feel more welcome and happy with what we chose! They were extremely patient and made room for everyone! They easily made changes in their usual party schedule and options and made Liya’s dream come true. The party consisted of crumb coating their own cakes and then decorating them with so much creativity! For lunch, they provided freshly baked pizza and a ginormous cake cookie customized for the birthday girl. We brought juice boxes, chips, and a fruit tray just as extra. Truly an amazing experience!“

“Our family absolutely adores this cookie shop, and I've never met anyone who hasn't raved about Crumbl cookies. We pass by here almost weekly, and it’s become a tradition for us. But it’s not just the delicious cookies that have won our hearts—it's the incredible kindness and warmth of the people behind them.

We had come in with 6 excited kids in tow and their disappointment was so evident when we saw that they were already closed. We were ready to leave when, to our surprise, some of the owners had noticed their disappointment. Instead of sending us on our way, they asked what flavors we were hoping for. They kindly asked us to wait, and within moments, they had cookies for us. I just couldn't believe they would go through such great lengths for just a few cookies.

This simple yet extraordinary gesture meant the world to us. It’s not often that you encounter people who go out of their way just to bring a little joy to others, and they beyond giving joy. Her big day was made extra special because Skiff’s Cakes made the most spectacular themed cake! It truly exceeded my expectations and was “the best looking cake in all the land” according to my daughter! No consistency and it was clear this was a new issue that they had no protocol for.“

“We can't rave enough about Kaye's Cake Designs! We had a last minute thought to get a Mother's Day custom cake made with figures of my Brother, Sister and I as kids. Kaye even included our cat. She matched the pictures we sent in perfectly and even had us wearing the exact same outfits. She is so very talented and the attention to detail was amazing. We couldn't stop looking at it.
