Today I ordered on Toast today expecting about a 20 minute wait and AFTER I had ordered AND paid for it, the online told me that I had a 1 hour and 20 minute wait! I went in and was told that was correct and that I needed to wait for an hour still for ONE sandwich. Staff was rude to me for the first time ever. You are GREAT but you need to do better with your online. I eat there at least once a week - I left and did not go back to pick up my $10.95 sandwich - hope someone enjoyed it. In fact I DID get a text telling me that my order was ready (it was an hour after I ordered). By then I was home, made my own sandwich and walked my dog!“

He asked me to bring him a ham sandwich and chips from the Joaquin Deli because he's been drinking all his meals from a straw, and he's ready to chew! “I have ate here 20+ times. Ever since maybe mid 2024 there has been a large decrease in quality.

The hot special used to be much more inventive, usually spicy, but now it seems generic and basic.

There is also a lot of staff turnover, I have had a lot of inconsistent sandwiches, and inconsistent standards of service.

The cookie with nuts has remained the same however. I would implore whoever is running it right now to rehire the person who was in charge of creating the hot specials.“

All the food has the handmade touch, from the Asian salad dressing to the barbeque grilled chicken used in the sandwiches and salads. What luck! I whipped it on in faster than big Mabel Hatley in a sorority full of Georgia Peaches!
