“I suggest you do NOT use online TOAST ordering during peak times or do NOT promote it without being honest about wait times. Today I ordered on Toast today expecting about a 20 minute wait and AFTER I had ordered AND paid for it, the online told me that I had a 1 hour and 20 minute wait! I went in and was told that was correct and that I needed to wait for an hour still for ONE sandwich. Staff was rude to me for the first time ever. You are GREAT but you need to do better with your online. I eat there at least once a week - I left and did not go back to pick up my $10.95 sandwich - hope someone enjoyed it. In fact I DID get a text telling me that my order was ready (it was an hour after I ordered). By then I was home, made my own sandwich and walked my dog!“

He asked me to bring him a ham sandwich and chips from the Joaquin Deli because he's been drinking all his meals from a straw, and he's ready to chew! Only complaint is it can get very “cramped” when there’s a lunch rush but not much you can do unless you modify the building! 😂

What luck! I whipped it on in faster than big Mabel Hatley in a sorority full of Georgia Peaches!
