“You enter through a walkway full of displays. Then a beautiful patio, up a ramp where you can grab a menu and wait in line. You place your order at the register and get a number. We found a table, grabbed ourselves water and waited for food to come out as its made. Luckily we were sharing plates so it didn’t matter how long between dishes.“

“We returned to this restaurant twice during our visit to SF, it was that good. Very much enjoyed the garlic soy chicken wings, salmon eggs benedict, kimchi, bulgogi, pimped up ramyun, and of course the bacon.“

“I was excited to try this place, and I ordered a Too Good to Go Bag. I arrived mid-afternoon, and I was immediately greeted by the owner. The place was spotless and welcoming. I proudly declared that a Texan was in the house to judge his kolaches. I had a sausage and egg kolache and a sausage/jalapeno/cheese kolache, and they were a great reminder of home! I liked that the kolaches weren't overwhelmed with the bread, and the eggs were creamy. It's easy to dry out kolaches, and the bread on these was perfectly moist. Color me impressed, I will be back!“

“My sister and I found Hollywood Cafe by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The variety made the choice difficult, but decided on grilled tuna and fries. They used a roll instead of sliced bread, added tomatoes and pickles. The albacore tuna was the best I've ever had with a unique spice blend. The fried were thin and lightly battered. The meal was definitely worth every penny and could have served 2 people. The servers were friendly and very good.“

“If you are near the ballpark before 2 PM stop in for a great breakfast or brunch. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros and the dish just popped with flavor. The Salsa was excellent as was the Pico and the ham I substituted for the pork chorizo. My wife had a scramble with hash browns, which I can testify were awesome as were the eggs. It's been awhile since we had been there but it won't be long before we go back. Excellent breakfast spot.“

“Excellent place for lunch or dinner. The first time I entered a few days ago as a surprise because I didn't know the place and I got carried away by my curiosity. Today again I came out more than happy.The relationship between price and quality of food and service is perfect. The people who work deserve all the respect and recognition. Fresh and very good quality ingredients, treated with respect and head. The burgers, especially, are spectacular. Competent and very attentive service.In a word: absolutely recommended site.Also, a detail: the entire place is open and visible to customers. “We were visiting from out of state and wanted a family friendly brunch. Location was great, parking wasn’t too bad. Wooden spoon was extremely accommodating with our kids. The overall staff were so welcoming and so kind, they took great care of us. The entire menu looked amazing, so we ordered quite a bit. Our food came out very quickly. Each dish was so aesthetically pleasing and delicious. Hands down the best French toast I have ever had in my life. We have never had fresh squeezed oranges in our mimosas before, and it was so incredible. What a way to start our morning! I cannot wait to visit San Fran again just for the French toast, I literally cannot stop talking about it to my husband 😂 Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience.“

They also offer gluten free buns which is a huge thing in my company and I have to have gluten free options with every meal. I will continue to order from Bandit time and time again!“

“Their food is some of the best I’ve had in quite some time. We stumbled upon this corner restaurant by accident and had zero regrets. Our favorites are the chicken and waffle burrito and their French toast. Their French toast is the best I’ve ever had, soft and flavorful. You must check this place out!“

“I can not express how impressed and blown away I was visiting Neptune’s today “on accident”. I was driving past neptunes today and we ran into car trouble right in front. We got out and pushed the car into the nearest parking lot which happened to be neptunes. We had just bought a used car in the neighborhood and was trying to make it home and the battery just died. We spent some time pulling out the battery and ran next door to the auto parts store to buy a new one. Out of the blue an employee walked us out some water and said “I saw you out here and it’s hot. Wanted to give you some water and ask if you needed help. “ blown away by his kindness I thanked him but we had it covered. Once we got the battery replaced I decided to get breakfast from Neptune’s to show my thanks for their hospitality. Wow was I blown away. The breakfast was amazing , the coffee on point and the hospitality was unmatched. I give 5 stars for all in. My youngest son said. That guy is a good man! And I agree if you’re looking for good service and great food. Stop here! You won’t regret it.“

“January 2025:
Stopped by for Saturday lunch and tried the fried chicken with fried rice. Fried chicken came with a flaky breading. The fried rice was very tasty. The dish came with a little sweet chili dipping sauce for the fried chicken. Complimented the chicken nicely.

The brunch items looked pretty good. Next time, I may try the french toast.

Service was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back again for more delicious food.“

“Really great service here. Our server was attentive in the best way—always checking in but never hovering or interrupting the table. She had some great recommendations too and helped us narrow down what to order, which definitely worked out in our favor. Everything came out quickly and exactly how it should, and she made sure both the food and drinks were on point the whole time. It just felt smooth and well taken care of. Add in the fact that the food is genuinely really good and the atmosphere is lively and fun, and it makes for a great overall experience. Definitely one of those places where the service makes an already good meal even better.“

“This bacon breakfast burrito has everything that I could ask from all the food categories filling all my nutritional needs for at least 10 hours. I'm a human going on 3 cylinders compact hybrid so my numbers don't necessarily reflect the rest of people's. Their habanero sauce is really poppin'- just do it if you're experienced with spicy flavors cause it stings. They give you a nice cold glass of water complimentary to your food. Appreciated the music 🎶, and the amazing customer service. This was the loftiest fanciest breakfast burrito of my life. I had one, and you should have one too!
The burrito in question was well eaten hence the crumbles left in the plate. Mimosa was rad, too! Now I hope I can make it back to my hotel without looking slightly drunk.“

“Came here for breakfast and ordered the French toast combo with a banana milk and a hot cocoa. The French toast was really good and filling, and the drinks hit the spot — especially the banana milk, which was a nice treat. The overall vibe was casual and comfortable for a morning meal. “Eve's Waterfront is an amazing venue with beautiful views, great staff, and delicious food and cocktails. My association met there for a buffet lunch, working meeting, and cocktail hour with passed appetizers. Everything was done smoothly, on budget and on time. Eve was super easy to work with and made the whole process simple and friendly. As soon as you walk in to the restaurant, you are greeted by friendly and professional staff and also beautiful views of the water, sailboats, and the Oakland/Alameda shorelines. Considering the quality of the staff, the venue, and the food, Eve's was also a bargain. I can't recommend Eve's highly enough and would happily hold more events there in the future.“

“Delicious, fresh and wholesome food! We were visiting from out of town and just googled breakfast in Berkeley, and this place popped up. So glad we chose it, because our food was delicious. Our group had the lox bagel, breakfast burrito, and the jumpstart breakfast with pancakes and bacon. Everything was quality and cooked well. The smoothies and espresso drinks were also great!“
