This is the third location that I have visited all with similar results. The chicken is either just cooked or overcooked and the chowmein was very dry. There was an employee shooing a man out the door several times despite him not being a pest and another employee used the same rag to wipe down the top of the trash receptacle and the trays.
This branch used to be above average; unfortunately, it has been performing sub-par in recent years.Today, I made an online order. After picking it up, I realized they did not give me a receipt or even asked if I wanted one. So, I went to the counter asking an associate who had limited English proficiency.
