“Had such a great dinner tonight at Mediterraneo in Alpine! We started with a few appetizers and honestly...they were the highlight. The MELENZANE RIPIENE (eggplant stuffed with ricotta, parmesan, and cherry tomatoes) was incredible: rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The calamari fritti was crispy and delicious, and the TONNO ASIATICO (seared ahi tuna with sweet chili glaze, ginger, teriyaki, and wasabi) was a huge hit at the table. We also had to try their house-made mozzarella sticks, don't skip these...the cheese pull alone is worth it For the mains, we had the CAPELLINI ALLA CHECCA and the RIGATONI ALLA NORMA, and both were fantastic. You can really taste the difference, the pasta is imported from Italy, and it shows in the texture and flavor. My husband also ordered the margherita pizza and said it's the best he's ever had, which says a lot! The space itself is big, welcoming, and super versatile. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, plus a large bar with a full menu. We tried a couple drinks from their spring menu: the pistachio espresso martini and the berry margarita both were so fun and tasty. The staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive, which really made the whole experience even better. Bonus: they have a great family-friendly area with arcade games and a pool table, which makes it perfect whether you're going out as a couple or with a group. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to!“

“The food in the cafe is very good. I like to order the steak and eggs, it is very good. The soups are ? delicious. The chocolate cake and the ? ? apple cake are my favorites. The hamburgers are my favorites. the salads ? even the coffee is good“

“Jamul is a little outside of my service area as a plumber, but I found myself there helping a friend with his home. On the drive home, I was hungry and thrilled to discover a Filippis Pizza on Campo Rd. I love their cheese pizza and had to stop in for a late lunch. It’s a nice place, similar to the Escondido location near me, with the Chianti bottles hanging throughout the dining room room. The staff was friendly and Amanda seated me right away and took good care of me. The cheese pizza was delicious like always. Knowing that Filippis here in Jamul, I think I will be more willing to schedule appointments out here😁“

“Visiting the area & stopped in because it was close to where we were - glad we did. The best frappes we’ve had, no joke! Cozy little coffee shop. Good service.“
“Unfortunately, COVID has caused most buffets to close permanently. However, the ambiance, service (by Myleen), food quality & value at Sage Cafe made us quickly forget that disappointment. She brought us a basket of assorted breads as soon as we were seated (overlooking their lake) and took our order. My cobb salad salmon was grilled to perfection & my husband rated his philly cheesesteak with garlic fries extremely tasty. Portions were so huge we took half our meals home, so didn't try the desserts, which looked delicious as they passed by us to other diners.“

“Located inside Sycuan Casino, this is such a great spot to sit down, relax, and enjoy a meal. One of the best parts about this place is the beautiful view overlooking the Sycuan pool and surrounding mountains—it really adds to the whole experience.
The menu has something for everyone, including all-day breakfast (which I love) along with a variety of other delicious options. It’s become a go-to spot for my family and me whenever we’re celebrating a birthday or any special occasion.
If you come for dinner, don’t skip the bread—they serve it warm and it’s so good. Some of my favorite dishes here are the calamari, salmon, pasta, and honestly, you can’t go wrong with their breakfast either.
Definitely a place worth checking out if you’re at Sycuan and looking for a great meal with a view.“

“This was a lovely restaurant I came to for my friend's birthday. Every guest seemed to like their dish. I ordered a club sandwich (no bacon, no tomatoes) with a side of fries but I was a bit disappointed when they brought it with bacon and tomatoes. They sent it back and corrected the order, and it ended up being pretty good and very filling. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace that has a beautiful view on the pool area.“

“The receptionists, waiters & management always take great care of us! It doesn’t matter whether we are with a large group or it’s just my husband & I. Dan the manager is always moving around making sure the patrons are enjoying their dining experience 🥩🥦🥗 Good Food & Great Service always makes for a Fabulous evening out ♥️🍷“
“No mention of the lazy river, it’s the main reason I go in the summer. The only problem with it is the loud crappy music so early in the morning. Such a beautiful place to relax… in silence or at least relaxing music. No one wants BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! So early.. lord! 😩 One thing for sure, management won’t listen, maybe it’s to drive older people out of there and into casino to gamble… lol“

“Bongiovanni's has the best food & service EVER! Anytime we have gone the staff are smiling. Having family gathering are fun & enjoyable because of the staff. A HUGE shout out to Kim, the bartender and the other staff who made our 1st annual Christmas dinner a success!“

“Came here for dinner around 8 during my stay at Sycuan Casino. After looking at the menu at the front, we decided what we wanted and ordered at the counter. We ordered the Shumai, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Mongolian Beef. The food was good; had better elsewhere. The rice was a little dry. The staff was friendly during our interactions at the counter and when we got out food. No table service. The atmosphere is a little loud given the location in the casino, but we were still able to have a conversation. I wouldn't mind coming back if staying at Sycuan Casino.“
